چکیده
مقدمه: سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی به عنوان یک ابزار قدرتمند ﻣـﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ ﺑـﺮای ﺗﻤـﺎمی فعالیت های مربوط به سلامت از قبیل برنامه ریزی، نظارت، هماهنگی و تصمیم گیری موثر، کارآمد و اثر بخش می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط موفقیت سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی با عملکرد سازمانی بیمارستان از دیدگاه کارکنان صورت گرفت.
روش بررسی: مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. 270 نفر از کارکنان مرتبط با سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد موفقیت سیستم اطلاعات و پرسشنامه عملکرد سازمانی جمع آوری گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با آزمون های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن) انجام گردید.
یافته ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد بین موفقیت سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی و ابعاد آن با عملکرد سازمانی از دیدگاه کارکنان رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد (617/0r= و 001/0p<).
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های مطالعه می‌توان بیان کرد، استقرار موفقیت‌آمیز سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی با توجه به ارائه اطلاعات دقیق در تمام بخش‌های نظام سلامت از دیدگاه کارکنان می‌تواند عملکرد سازمانی بیمارستان را بهبود بخشد.

Introduction: The hospital information system is a powerful tool for all health-related activities such as planning, monitoring, coordination and decision-making .This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the success of the hospital information system and the hospital organizational performance from the perspective of staff.
Methods: The present study is a corolation study of correlation type. 270 hospital staff were selected by stratified random sampling. Data were collected using two standard information system success questionnaires and Hospital organizational performance questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by descriptive and inferential statistical tests (Spearman correlation test).
Results: Findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the success of the hospital information system and its dimensions with the performance of the organization from the staff perspective (r = 0.617 and p <0.001(.
Conclusion: According to the findings of the study, it can be stated that the successful establishment of the hospital information system by providing accurate and reliable information in all parts of the health system from the perspective of staff can improve the organizational performance of the hospital.
