چکیده
مقدمه: بیماری هپاتیت C می‌تواند باعث افزایش هزینه‌های سلامتی در مراکز ارائه کننده خدمات سلامت شود. این مطالعه با هدف محاسبه هزینه های تمام شده ارائه بسته مراقبت بهداشتی شامل هزینه های تشخیصی - دارویی، هزینه های نیروی انسانی و هزینه های اداری- پشتیبانی در مرکز مشاوره هپاتیتC دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز در سال1398 انجام شد.
روش بررسی: مطالعه توصیفی حاضر به دلیل محدودیت جامعه پژوهش -238 بیمار- بصورت سرشماری انجام شد. در این مطالعه متغیرهای دموگرافیک از اطلاعات موجود در پرونده بیماران در مرکز مشاوره و اطلاعات هزینه های خدمات بسته مراقبت شامل خدمات تصویر برداری، آزمایشگاهی و دارویی و هزینه های نیروی انسانی و اداری- پشتیبانی مرکز از اسناد هزینه کرد موجود در واحد مدیریت مالی دانشگاه استخراج گردید.
یافته‌ها: متوسط هزینه بسته مراقبت ارائه شده جهت کل مراجعین به مرکز هپاتیت و همچنین به ازای یک بیمار هپاتیت C جهت مرکز مشاوره هپاتیت دانشگاه در سال 1398 به ترتیب برابر با 10.563.163.457 و 44,383,040ریال بود. سهم هزینه‌های تشخیصی- دارویی 45 درصد و سهم هزینه های نیروی انسانی و هزینه های اداری -پشتیبانی مرکز معادل 55 درصد کل هزینه‌های مرکز مشاوره هپاتیت C در سال 1398 بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه حاضر با تعیین هزینه ها به تفکیک اقلام دارویی، خدمات تصویربرداری، خدمات آزمایشگاهی، نیروی انسانی و هزینه های اداری- پشتیبانی می‌تواند ترسیمی برای افزایش کارآیی فنی منابع موجود در اختیار مدیران اجرایی سازمان قرار دهد.

Introduction: Hepatitis C can impose various costs on the country's health system, including the cost of the care package provided in the field of health deputies. Therefore, this study was conducted to calculate the cost of providing a health care package including diagnostic-pharmaceutical costs, manpower costs and administrative-support costs in the Hepatitis C Counseling Center of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences in 2019.
Methods: The present descriptive study was conducted as a census and cross-sectional study due to the limitations of the research community 238 patients. And the costs of manpower and administration - support of the center have been extracted from the Kurdish cost documents available in the financial management unit of the university.
Results: The cost of the care package provided for all clients to the center was equal to 10,563,163,457 and its per capita was 44,383,040 Rials. The share of diagnostic-pharmaceutical costs is 45% and the share of manpower costs and administrative-support costs of the center is equal to 55% of the total costs of the hepatitis C counseling center in 2019.
Conclusion: The present study, by determining the costs by pharmaceutical items, imaging services, laboratory services, manpower and administrative-support costs, can provide a clear picture to increase the technical efficiency of available resources to the organization's executives..
