چکیده
مقدمه: بخش اورژانس بیمارستانها نقش بسیار مهمی در نظام سلامت دارد که با بکارگیری فناوری های اطلاعات سلامت می توان اثربخشی این خدمات را به طور موثری افزایش داد. هدف این مطالعه اولویت بندی چالش های پیاده سازی پرونده الکترونیک پزشکی در بخش اورژانس بیمارستان های منتخب شهر اصفهان بود.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی – مقطعی در سال 1401 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل پزشکان و پرستاران بیمارستان های الزهراء ، کاشانی و امین دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان بود. داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری گردید. روایی این ابزار، بر اساس دریافت نظرات 10 نفر از صاحب نظران تایید و پایایی پرسشنامه نیز از طریق محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ 85/0 بدست آمد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPS S انجام و یافته ها در قالب میانگین و انحراف معیار ارائه شد.
یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد چالش های حیطه سازمانی، فنی، انسانی و مالی بترتیب دارای اولویت اول تا چهارم بودند که از بین چالشهای سازمانی افزایش حجم کار ارائه دهندگان خدمات سلامت، پیچیدگی فرآیندهای پذیرش ، ارائه خدمت به بیماران اورژانسی و نبود زیرساخت الکترونیکی برای ارسال اطلاعات به سازمانهای ذینفع بیشترین اولویت را به خود اختصاص داد.
نتیجه گیری: پیاده سازی موثر پرونده الکترونیک پزشکی در بخش اورژانس بیمارستانهای مورد مطالعه مستلزم توسعه فرآیندهای اثربخش جهت ارائه خدمات درمانی به بیماران اورژانسی، فراهم کردن زیرساخت سازمانی و فنی برای دسترسی مناسب ارائه دهندگان خدمات سلامت و سایر کاربران به پرونده های الکترونیکی و تامین بودجه جهت آموزش کاربران می باشد.

Introduction: Emergency departments of hospitals play a very important role in the health system, and the effectiveness of these services can be effectively increased by using health information technologies. The purpose of this study was to prioritize the challenges of implementing electronic medical records in the emergency department of selected hospitals in Isfahan.
Methods: This descriptive-cross-sectional study was conducted in 1401. The research population included doctors and nurses from Al-Zahra, Kashani and Amin hospitals of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. The data was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of this tool was confirmed based on the opinions of 10 experts, and the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained by calculating Cronbach's alpha of 0.85. Data analysis was done using SPSS statistical software software and presented via Mean and standard deviation.
Results: The findings showed that challenges in the organizational field, technical field, human field, and financial field had the first to fourth priority, respectively, among the organizational challenges, the increase in the workload of health service providers, the complexity of the processes of accepting and providing services to emergency patients and the lack of necessary infrastructure for electronic transmission of information to interested organizations has been assigned the highest priority.
Conclusion: The effective implementation of electronic medical records in the emergency department of the studied hospitals requires the development of effective processes for accepting and providing medical services to emergency patients, providing the necessary organizational and technical infrastructure for proper access of health service providers and other users to electronic records. and providing funds for training users.
