Reliable information plays an important role in the health system. Nevertheless, sometimes the society is faced with distortion of facts, manipulation of information, sharing of information without understanding its consequences, and dissemination of fake news, which are types of information disorders. Wardle and Derakhshan classified information disorders into three categories: "Misinformation", "Disinformation" and "Malinformation" (1).Unlike disinformation that is based on completely false information, health malinformation uses valid and acceptable medical information but subject to certain conditions or relatively accurate health information. This information is presented without considering the original context or in an incorrect context to lead people who encounter it to false or misleading impressions and conclusions. In fact, malinformation is reconfigured true information. When background or context, such as time, place, or privacy, is not considered, it can create a perception that conflicts with reality and harm individuals, organizations, and collective understanding (2). The important point in the circulation of health malinformation is the intention of the sender of the information or message, which is done intentionally and with malicious intent in order to cause real harm or the threat of real harm to a person, organization or country. Therefore, in promoting malinformation, the person's intention to harm is certain, not accidental, which can be harmful and even dangerous for others, and at the same time, it has a criminal aspect (3).

Introduction: Observational articles, as basic studies, in nursing-midwifery are of great importance; however, the quality of these articles has not been investigated, especially from the methodological view. This study endeavored to compare the quality of observational articles of nursing-midwifery journals indexed in Scopus database between the years 2017 and 2021.Methods: In this comparative cross-sectional study, 479 observational articles on nursing and midwifery journals indexed in the Scopus database between the years 2017 and 2021 were reviewed. The data collection instrument was the STROBE checklist methodology section, which recorded the methodological characteristics of the articles reviewed.Results: The average score of the methodology report of all observational studies was 15.10±2.46. The lowest percentage of reports were related to the management of possible bias cases (2.7%) and the method of dealing with incomplete data (5.6%). The average score of the methodology report in the year 2021 is similar to the year 2020 but significantly higher than in the year 2017 to the year 2019; the year 2020 is similar to the year 2019 and higher than the years 2017 and 2018; 2019 was similar to 2018 but higher than 2017 (p < .05).Conclusion: The findings the study can help the editors and reviewers of Iranian nursing and midwifery journals to obtain more knowledge about the favorable characteristics and weaknesses of their journals, which can lead to a change in the policy of accepting articles for publication and improve the quality of their journals. It will also help researchers to report their research results accurately and with higher quality.

Introduction: The impact of research is any type of output of research activities that has a positive return for the scientific community, health systems, patients, and peoples. The impact of research can include various aspects, including impact on health, economy, and policy making in society. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to determine the policy impact of research in the field of health management and policy making of Iran University of Medical Sciences in 2014-2019.Methods: This applied research was carried out by means of a survey and citation analysis of records published in 2014 to 2019. At first, the return on investment questionnaire was completed by the first or corresponding authors. The findings of the questionnaire were analyzed by citation analysis and checking the number of citations in studies. The data analysis was done using SPSS software version 22.Results: Overall, 459 research in health management and policy-making of Iran University of Medical Sciences were identified. These studies have been used in 768 systematic reviews, seven educational content productions, 129 upstream documents, policy briefs, and instructions; three clinical guidelines, six health technology assessments, and six non-health decision-making.Conclusion: The policy impact of research in the field of health management and policy-making was mostly through systematic reviews, upstream documents, policy briefs, and instructions. Therefore, it needs to provide further application of these studies in decision-making outside the health field, clinical decision-making, training contents, on-demand research, health technology assessment.

Introduction: Identifying the components affecting people's health literacy is one of the important areas in the field of medical sciences. In this study, the construction and validation of a health literacy questionnaire has been done.Methods: The current research is descriptive. The statistical sample of the research is 327 graduate students of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University who were selected by simple random method. To identify the items of the questionnaire, databases and related sources were checked first. The result of the investigation was the preparation of the initial version of the health literacy questionnaire with 28 items. Exploratory factor analysis was used to extract dimensions and items, and Cronbach's alpha was used to check the reliability. Data statistical processing was done using SPSS and Monte Carlo software. Cronbach's alpha of the questionnaire was equal to 0.89.Results: Before the factor analysis, the correlation coefficients of the scores between the questionnaire questions were checked. According to the results of Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin test and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity, exploratory factor analysis on the questionnaire was deemed justified. The findings of factor analysis showed that by removing two items from the whole questionnaire and analyzing the rest and rotating the results with the Varimax method, four dimensions of "access to health information"; "understanding health information"; "evaluation of health information"; and "use of health information" is obtained. Conclusion: According to the findings, the proposed health literacy questionnaire has the necessary validity to assess the health literacy of adults.

From the point of view of the authors of this article, the types of medical misinformation can be divided into three general categories, emphasizing that this categorization does not have precise and mathematical boundaries: 1) Misinformation type 1 (Dissemination of totally incorrect medical information): In this case, the sender (individual or media) disseminates medical information that is completely medically incorrect and causes an information disorder that can harm the health of the individual and society. 2) Misinformation Type 2 (Propagation of medical pseudoscience): In this case, the sender (individual or media) presents irrelevant medical information and a person may express correct presuppositions or correct propositions incorrectly or draw incorrect conclusions from them. This case will cause an information disorder and possible damage to the health of the individual and the society. 3) Misinformation Type 3 (Conditional recommendations): In this case, the sender (individual or media) advises and offers medical information, which after being reviewed and evaluated by clinical experts or health scientists, their validity and strength are still completely unknown and is not approved but it is used in special conditions or special situations depends on the special conditions of each individual patient. This case, like the previous two cases, has caused information disorders, and although the purpose of these advices is not to harm others, it can cause damage to the health of the individual and the society through circulating the relatively correct medical information among the society.

This article introduce a new term in the field of health information and health communication called the "Doom Scrolling" and tries to draw the attention of health professionals to this issue by referring to its effects on the health of the individual and society.People are faced with a wide range of news in their lives, some of which have negative and unpleasant content (1). Usually, people consider searching for information as a way to deal with challenging situations. On the other hand, coping and adapting to unpleasant information can also be a coping behavior; because it warns people about existing dangers and prepares them for similar threats in the future (2). One of the new challenges in the health science is the existence, tendency and desire of some people to "follow unpleasant news" (Doom Scrolling or Doom surfing), which has various reasons and can occur in different health fields. Some of these reasons are: passive use of social media, habitual media use, anxiety, weak self-control and some other personality traits of people. Men, younger adults, and politicians are also more likely to do doom scrolling. In general, it seems that following such news is particularly attractive for some people. (3).

Introduction: New applications of studies to draw the structure of science including clustering concepts and identifying new fields of studies. This study was co-word analysis of intellectual structure of knowledge in the field of throbbing headaches.Methods: The research was conducted adopting a scientometric approach to content analysis of texts using the co-words and social network analysis. A total of 1311 documents were identified from the Topic="Medical Anthropology" search strategy in the WOS database. Data analysis was been done through cluster analysis method and strategic diagram.Results: The findings related to clustering led to the formation of eight thematic clusters: "Biomedical Anthropology", "AIDS and Covid-19 (epidemics)","Medical Anthropology with a Spiritual Approach", "Economic Medical Anthropology", "Ethnic Medicine", "Medical Anthropology" Applied", "Education and culture of health" and "Anthropology of reproduction". "AIDS and Covid-19 (epidemics)" was determined to be the highest centrality and density cluster.Conclusion: Using co-word analysis, it is possible to determine the scientific structure of a field. According to the frequency of keywords and clusters obtained from the strategic diagram, it was revealed that the thematic fields of AIDS and Covid-19 (epidemics) are the important emerging fields in this field.

AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic is one of the fundamental challenges of the personal and professional life of people all over the world, which requires accurate and fast policy making and planning. So, With the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, experts in scientific environments tried to investigate the aspects of this disease in the shortest possible time. Introduction: The co-authorship network contributes to sharing of knowledge and experience, increases efficiency, innovates, and develops scientific achievements. This study endeavors to identify the pattern of participation and evaluate the relationship between social influence and the scientific performance of authors in the co-authorship network in medical images.Methods: This descriptive study was done using both the approach of scientometrics and social network analysis. The search was implemented in the Core Collection Web of Science (WOS) in February 2021. The cases included 37,190 articles divided into the three-time periods from 1991-2000, 2001-2010, and 2011-2020. The stages of data extraction, matrix construction, and computation of the co-authorship network centrality metrics were performed through a software. The effect of scientific performance evaluation indicators on the measures of centrality (social influence) was examined by multivariate regression analysis.Results: Patterns of participation of one to three authors were decreasing. The number of articles, the number of citations, the H index, and normalized citations of each author have a direct and significant relationship with rank centrality, distance centrality, and betweenness centrality, and inverse and significant relationship with closeness centrality. Centrality variables explain 27% of the changes in the number of articles, 21% of the changes in the H index variable, 0.2% of the changes in the average citation of each article, and 0.6% of the changes in the normalized citation variable, respectively.Conclusion: Considering the increase in researchers' tendency towards collaborative research, the use of centrality metrics and a combination of researchers' performance indicators in the field of medical images can provide a logical criterion for predicting and evaluating their performance while facilitating the identification of influential researchers.

Objectives: One of the scientometrics techniques and methods is the quantitative study of different sciences and drawing the scientific structure in different fields of science. The aim of this research is to Mapping the structure scientific of pharmaceutical sciences in the top 15 countries in the world during the covid-19 pandemic using Web Of ScienceMethods: The research was cross-sectional descriptive and was carried out using scientometric techniques. The research community included documents produced by 15 countries with the most scientific productions in the field of pharmaceutical sciences in 2021, whose number was 12,646 records in the science citation index. The drawing of the map of scientific structure is done by scientometrics software and is based on descriptive statistics.Results: The most scientific production in the studied area belonged to Wang Y. The most articles in the field of pharmaceutical sciences were published in the journal FRONTIERS IN PHARMACOLOGY in 2021, and the country of Iran ranked 10th in scientific production among the 15 most productive countries in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. The clusters of the scientific structure of the field of pharmaceutical sciences in the present study included 6 clusters, the keywords of Covid-19 and vaccine were placed in the largest cluster.Conclusion: The keywords of covid-19 and vaccine were among the keywords of the largest cluster of the present study and drug studies on animals were in the second cluster. These two clusters show the speed and importance of pharmaceutical studies in the field of vaccine development and fighting against the Covid-19 pandemic. Also, keywords such as behavior and habits show the importance of how people deal with this pandemic

The elderly are at risk of disease and disability. Understanding health information seeking behavior and related factors, including individual factors, is very important in order to provide health care to the elderly. The aim of the present study was to determine the relationship between individual factors and the health information seeking behavior of the elderly in comprehensive health service centers in Isfahan city..Methods: This descriptive-correlational study was performed on 580 elderly individuals covered by comprehensive health service centers in Isfahan, who were selected by one-stage cluster sampling and quota random sampling in the academic year 2017. A researcher-made questionnaire was employed to collect data for the variable behavior of elderly health information in disease control. The content and face validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by librarians and medical information and geriatrics specialists. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated 0.87 using Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics.Results: The results revealed that there was a significant difference between men and women in the component of barriers to accessing health information. There was a direct relationship between age and some components of information seeking behavior. Besides, there was a significant relationship between marital status and type of job with some components of information seeking behavior.Conclusion: Due to the desire of the elderly to obtain health information, it seems necessary to transfer information related to the elderly through portals and taking into account different personal characteristics and contexts affecting the information search process to play an effective role. Various personal characteristics such as gender, age, marital status, occupation, and access to information affect the health information seeking behavior of the elderly.Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference between men and women in the component of barriers to accessing health information. Introduction: The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between Cyberchondria and information literacy among the students of Bushehr University of Medical Sciences in 2022.Methods: The method of implementation of this research was descriptive-analytical of cross-sectional type, and to collect information Yazdani information literacy questionnaires (2012) and Cyberchondria Severity Scale (CSS) were used.Results: The findings showed a negative and significant relationship between Cyberchondria and students' information literacy; Also, the examination of the relationship between the five dimensions of information literacy and the Cyberchondria of students showed that the relationship between each of these dimensions with the level of illness is negative and significant. It was also a negative and significant relationship between the age variable and Cyberchondria of students. It means that as the age of the students increases, their Cyberchondria decrease. However, no significant relationship was observed between other demographic variables (educational level, marital status, and economic status) and the Cyberchondria of students. Among other findings of this research, we can mention the lack of significant difference between the average score of Cyberchondria between women and men.Conclusion: The results of this study showed an average to a high level of Cyberchondria among students. Considering the negative and significant relationship between information literacy and Cyberchondria, it is recommended to promote information literacy through educational workshops and includes this important topic in students' curricula.

Writing a Study Protocol in Health: Nature and Necessity (a commentary)AbstractNowadays, health researchers are interested in publishing study protocol. The study protocol is the leaven of a research project that explains the necessity of the research and the process of conducting the research in detail for other researchers. Also, the study protocol lacks findings, discussion, and conclusion sections. But the main question is whether any type of research can be presented as a study protocol or not? The most important goals of writing a study protocol are protection of innovations and important achievements of researchers, informing others about long-term research projects with large data, capital return of providers of research funds and prevention of republication. In addition, new topics, fast needs of society and researches with multiple phases are the priority for the publication of study protocol. However, other researches also should be published on this type of article. Therefore, it is recommended that large research projects, especially dissertations, be published first in study protocol. Of course, knowing more about this issue requires more investigations and searches.

At the moment, there is a risk of hijacking for reputable indexed journals. The cybercriminals search for journals whose websites are not easily reachable to researchers, then develop a fake website for that journals. They mimic the exact name and ISSN of the target journal, and by charging authors, publish papers without peer review. In a new advanced journal hijacking version, cybercriminals register expired domains of academic journals and launch their hijacked journals. To deal with journal hijacking, editors should update the details of their journals on scientific and citation bases. They also have to increase the visibility of their journal website in search engines by utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques. The journals' websites also should be checked against web vulnerabilities and possible issues should be addressed. The problem of journal hijacking is critical, but less discussed. Lack of information about this issue, leads to increasing growth of victims.

Nowadays, Access to information in order to strengthening teaching and learning and individual capability development is one of the fundamental needs of all people. And there is no exception to this rule. Although there are numerous facilities in universities, some aspects to providing excellent services to disable students are ignored but if following policies and rules are done correctly, it is possible to act like some successful countries like England in this field. Proposal for (scientific assistant as a facilitator for disable students) is running in Isfahan university of Medical Sciences (MUI) , for a blind student as student with special needs. In this plan, people who are interested in helping disable people are identified , and in this way they will be cause of self confidence in disable students, and a pattern for other universities . Introduction: Developing strategic planning in libraries depends on identifying different dimensions of its activities and services. In this research we proposing a lens for strategic planning in libraries of Iran medical science universities.Methods: After adopting a qualitative survey design, 21 academic library managers were interviewed. Snowball sampling method was used to select the Samples and the data analysis was done using the thematic analysis method by MAXQDA 10.Results: The study revealed nine main themes and over 54 sub-themes. Resources and librarian specialists identified as an important libraries property. Customer expectations, The Mission of Upstream Organizations and Current Status of Library Performance were identified as three factors influencing the formulation of library missions. In libraries, for drawing up perspectives, the most important issue was the available facilities and services. Considering the librarians' professional ethics and user feedback from most interviewees, it was raised as a value for the library. The majority of interviewees considered Up-to-date services to be important strategic goals and stated that if they had the necessary delegation of responsibility, they would be able to formulate better goals. The most important environmental factors affecting strategic planning referred to modern information and communication technologies, lack of librarian’s motivation, participate in educational and research programs and lack of human resources in libraries.Conclusion: Strategic planning for each library was different from others. But, attention to the Common influential factors and used of proposed integrated framework in this study can be facilitate strategic planning.
