Reliable information plays an important role in the health system. Nevertheless, sometimes the society is faced with distortion of facts, manipulation of information, sharing of information without understanding its consequences, and dissemination of fake news, which are types of information disorders. Wardle and Derakhshan classified information disorders into three categories: "Misinformation", "Disinformation" and "Malinformation" (1).Unlike disinformation that is based on completely false information, health malinformation uses valid and acceptable medical information but subject to certain conditions or relatively accurate health information. This information is presented without considering the original context or in an incorrect context to lead people who encounter it to false or misleading impressions and conclusions. In fact, malinformation is reconfigured true information. When background or context, such as time, place, or privacy, is not considered, it can create a perception that conflicts with reality and harm individuals, organizations, and collective understanding (2). The important point in the circulation of health malinformation is the intention of the sender of the information or message, which is done intentionally and with malicious intent in order to cause real harm or the threat of real harm to a person, organization or country. Therefore, in promoting malinformation, the person's intention to harm is certain, not accidental, which can be harmful and even dangerous for others, and at the same time, it has a criminal aspect (3).

Introduction: Considering the beginning of the implementation of electronic prescribing in the country, the present study was conducted with the aim of explaining the challenges during the implementation of electronic prescribing.Research method: This study was conducted using a qualitative method through interviews with physicians working in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in 1401. The participants were selected by purposive sampling, after conducting three in-depth interviews, interview questions were extracted. After the semi-structured interviews were conducted, they were recorded and implemented, in order to analyze them, content analysis method and MAXQDA version 10 software were used.Finding: In this study, the challenges were categorized into two main categories, including the organizational category and the infrastructure category. organizational challenges; Challenges related to insurance, referral of patients, education and information to beneficiaries, monitoring and infrastructure challenges; infrastructure, user interface and database. The main challenges of implementing electronic prescribing were related to the outage and slowness of systems and the Internet and the existence of multiple systems for insurances.Conclusion: the infrastructure challenges which are among the important obstacles in the path of the full implementation of the electronic prescribing plan should be resolved, in order to improve the implementation problems, the continuous monitoring of the prescribing systems should be considered and the results should be applied immediately, as It is recommended to reform infrastructures, integrate insurance systems, use electronic signatures and electronic version standards, and provide practical training.

AbstractIntroduction: Nowadays, hospitals face challenges such as overcrowding in the emergency department and increased chaos and disruption in staff work, which leads to increased patient dissatisfaction. With the advancement of artificial intelligence and the expansion of data mining, predicting patient admission has become very important. The aim of this research is to predict patient admission in the emergency department of Imam Ali (AS) Hospital in Shahrekord.Methods: In this research, 2180 patient records from the emergency department of the hospital were examined. Initial patient information, including personal details, vital signs, and triage level which were recorded by nurses, were extracted. Using pairwise comparison matrix, the effective features were selected by experts. Then, using naive Bayes, decision tree, random forest, and support vector machine algorithms, the data was classified. Results: Out of the 15 collected features, 9 features were selected by experts, and the results showed that the random forest algorithm had the best performance in predicting patient admission in this case study, with an accuracy of 92/2%Conclusion: These results demonstrate the importance of using artificial intelligence and data mining methods in hospital management and patient admission prediction. Introduction: Maintaining the health of mother and fetus during pregnancy requires knowledge of pregnancy care. The aim of the research is to investigate the role of online news and information search skills in the area of pregnancy of pregnant women in Kohnouj city in improving their health information search behavior during pregnancy.Method: The current research is a semi-experimental type of research (pre-test-post-test with a control group). The statistical population of the research is pregnant women in the city of Kohnuj. The research sample was 48 pregnant women of this city who were randomly selected and divided into two intervention and control groups. The tool for data collection was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its Cronbach's alpha coefficient was equal to 0.828. The data was analyzed by SPSS software.Findings: The mean scores of mothers' health literacy increased slightly in the control group after educational interventions, but the increase was higher in the intervention group. Also, information search skills after educational interventions in the control group increased very little, but in the intervention group, this increase was very high. In other words, teaching information search skills to mothers in the intervention group has been effective in increasing and improving their health information search skills in the field of pregnancy.Conclusion: Information search skills training had a positive effect on increasing the level of awareness of pregnant women in order to take care of themselves and the fetus, so that it ultimately led to the improvement of their search for health information in the field of pregnancy during the pregnancy period.Keywords: Health Literacy, Information searching skills , Pregnant women, Health information searching.

Webometrics ranking, as an international ranking system, evaluates and ranks the websites of world universities twice a year with a research-based approach. This ranking began in 2004 and currently evaluates 31,000 institutions from about 200 countries. The methodology used in this ranking, along with other required data, is updated and available to the public on the Webometrics website. The best strategy to improve the ranking, increase the quality and quantity of content, and the worst strategy, which leads to a sharp drop in the ranking, is to change the domain of the institution's website. In the last ranking before this study, the rank of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in the ranking of July 2023 was in the 7th place among the medical sciences universities of the country and the 14th place among all universities. This study was conducted with the aim of increasing the position of this university in a period of one month and was implemented with the help of the webometrics committee of the university.

Introduction: Disruptive digital innovations are innovations that include the use of digital technologies in an innovative and new way and can affect the performance of hospitals. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the mutual effect of enablers of digital innovation in the field of health.Method: The present study is analytical-descriptive and was conducted with the participation of 16 experts from Kerman hospitals. Experts were selected purposefully by snowball method. In order to collect and analyze data, structured interviews and structural analysis methods were used.Findings: Based on the research literature and expert opinions, 20 enablers related to disruptive digital innovation were identified. The results showed that the factors of management style and strategic orientation have a high impact on other enablers.Conclusion: By identifying the effective and efficient factors in destructive digital innovation, the officials of Kerman hospitals can, considering the effective factors, create a context for setting up clinical information systems, remote monitoring of the patient, management of medical imaging registration and conversion. and learning to create knowledge.

AbstractIntroduction: The establishment of an integrated and standard metadata system tailored to the local needs in health information management, which aims to improve the current conditions, will lead to optimal data protection, increase accessibility, and improve information retrieval and user satisfaction. Therefore, this study intends to study the elements of the HISO 10040.4 schema for organizing clinical information from the perspective of health information specialists.Methods: This applied research was conducted in 1401 winter, and to collect data, documentary study and survey research were used. The statistical population of this study included 24 faculty members from Tehran University Medical Sciences in the field of health information management. An online researcher created a questionnaire with 23 questions that was used to collect data, and its face validity was confirmed by 3 experts. Finally, the results were reported using descriptive statistics.Results: To organize health information, 22 metadata elements of the HISO 10040.4 schema were scored and evaluated by experts. Based on the results, the mean and standard deviation of the measured metadata elements were approved by the research community, indicating the extent of their agreement regarding the importance of these elements in describing data in health information centers worksheets.Conclusion: The proposed metadata elements of this research are based on the standard schema of organizing health information and approved by the research community; therefore, they can meet the needs of health information centers.

Education and gender are two important components in the use of mobile health applications. Education is effective in the amount and manner of using mobile applications, and gender plays a major role in virtual setting, especially in mobile applications, in contrast to physical presence in hospitals and clinicsMethods: This applied study was carried out with a descriptive-quantitative method in the form of a case study among users of the Snap Doctor mobile application. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire based on available random sampling and inferential statistics methods, including tests of significance and especially correlation based on confirmatory structural equationswere used.Results: Inadequate information communication technology infrastructure was the major obstacle for telemedicine, followed by cultural resistance in using technology to provide healthcare services. Other significant barriers are like this: the high cost of setting up prerequisite (initial) skills among patients, limited skills among physicians, inadequate funding to support telemedicine services, weak legal/policy framework, and lack of dedicated time for telemedicine services.Conclusion: The results showed that the existence of appropriate communication infrastructure and efforts to promote the infrastructure and increase the investment of companies and organizations in the field of telemedicine can increase the participation of users in the use of telemedicine services.

Introduction: Competency approach is one of the practical approaches in various fields of education and jobs, which by accurately determining the required competencies of people in order to achieve multiple educational and professional goals, and identifying the behavioral indicators that determine the competencies of employees in different professions are one of the necessary processes in this matter, and the present research was conducted with the aim of Identifying the competency indicators of administrative staff of medical centers.Methods: The current research is practical in terms of purpose; In terms of approach, it was done qualitatively and by thematic analysis method.The participants were employees of the administrative department of medical centers, which reached theoretical saturation with 16 people using the purposeful sampling method. The research instrument was semi-structured interview and the collected data was analyzed by coding and identifying the network of themes. The validity of the research results was confirmed with the criteria recommended by Lincoln and Guba.Results: In the current research, the findings were identified and classified in two dimensions: general competencies (with 4 components and 28 indicators) and professional competencies (with 3 components and 21 indicators). General competencies include (administrative skills, scientific skills, interpersonal competencies, personal and individual competencies) and professional competencies including (primary medical specialties, job competencies; knowing of standards and guidelines).Conclusion: Managers and heads of different departments of medical centers can use the findings of this research in order to increase the productivity of administrative department employees in the field of recruiting, retaining and assessing employees' competencies.

Introduction: Observational articles, as basic studies, in nursing-midwifery are of great importance; however, the quality of these articles has not been investigated, especially from the methodological view. This study endeavored to compare the quality of observational articles of nursing-midwifery journals indexed in Scopus database between the years 2017 and 2021.Methods: In this comparative cross-sectional study, 479 observational articles on nursing and midwifery journals indexed in the Scopus database between the years 2017 and 2021 were reviewed. The data collection instrument was the STROBE checklist methodology section, which recorded the methodological characteristics of the articles reviewed.Results: The average score of the methodology report of all observational studies was 15.10±2.46. The lowest percentage of reports were related to the management of possible bias cases (2.7%) and the method of dealing with incomplete data (5.6%). The average score of the methodology report in the year 2021 is similar to the year 2020 but significantly higher than in the year 2017 to the year 2019; the year 2020 is similar to the year 2019 and higher than the years 2017 and 2018; 2019 was similar to 2018 but higher than 2017 (p < .05).Conclusion: The findings the study can help the editors and reviewers of Iranian nursing and midwifery journals to obtain more knowledge about the favorable characteristics and weaknesses of their journals, which can lead to a change in the policy of accepting articles for publication and improve the quality of their journals. It will also help researchers to report their research results accurately and with higher quality.

Introduction: The impact of research is any type of output of research activities that has a positive return for the scientific community, health systems, patients, and peoples. The impact of research can include various aspects, including impact on health, economy, and policy making in society. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to determine the policy impact of research in the field of health management and policy making of Iran University of Medical Sciences in 2014-2019.Methods: This applied research was carried out by means of a survey and citation analysis of records published in 2014 to 2019. At first, the return on investment questionnaire was completed by the first or corresponding authors. The findings of the questionnaire were analyzed by citation analysis and checking the number of citations in studies. The data analysis was done using SPSS software version 22.Results: Overall, 459 research in health management and policy-making of Iran University of Medical Sciences were identified. These studies have been used in 768 systematic reviews, seven educational content productions, 129 upstream documents, policy briefs, and instructions; three clinical guidelines, six health technology assessments, and six non-health decision-making.Conclusion: The policy impact of research in the field of health management and policy-making was mostly through systematic reviews, upstream documents, policy briefs, and instructions. Therefore, it needs to provide further application of these studies in decision-making outside the health field, clinical decision-making, training contents, on-demand research, health technology assessment.

Introduction: The great interest in cosmetic surgeries and the possible risks of these types of surgeries make it necessary to pay attention to health literacy for the applicants of these types of surgeries in order to evaluate and make correct decisions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of health literacy of cosmetic surgery applicantsMethods: The research method is cross-sectional. The research sample includes 189 applicants for cosmetic surgery referring to Hazrat Fatemeh Teaching Hospital in Tehran, and the Iranian Adult Health Literacy Questionnaire (HELIA) was used to collect the data. Descriptive statistics and U-Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis statistical tests were used for data analysis.Results: The average health literacy of the participants was higher than the average of the questionnaire. The highest average is related to the understanding component (85.65) and the lowest average is related to access (76.60). There is a significant relationship between the average level of health literacy of women and men in the dimension of understanding and the average of health literacy. Also, there is a significant relationship between the level of health literacy and the level of education. Applicants with a higher education degree also have a higher level of health literacy. Also, the most sources of obtaining health information for applicants is the Internet (40.74 percent).Conclusion: Although according to the results of the research, the health literacy level of the cosmetic surgery applicants was above average, but it is necessary to provide the necessary training on promoting health literacy among different groups, especially people with low literacy levels. Also, it is necessary to provide valid educational and advertising brochures in health and treatment centers for applicants

Introduction: Identifying similar patients is effective in designing many secondary applications to improve the quality of treatments and research services. The similarity of the final diagnoses is one of the aspects of similar patient groups. In order to measure similarity between patients, it is crucial to convert their information into a comparable format. There are different types of data in electronic health records (EHR). An important part of patient EHR are clinical notes, which face challenges to process. Therefore, the present study aims to design a clinical language processing model to identify definitive diagnoses. Research method: In this study, the clinical notes of more than 26,000 patients from the MIMIC-III database were represented as vectors using modern language models, and these vectors were used as input for the diagnostic prediction model.Results: According to the results of the experiments, the BIO-BERT model with 0.715 and then the SciBERT model with 0.713 the best result between the biomedical language models. The results also show that using unique concepts extracted from clinical notes resulted in an increase in model accuracy. Conclusion: Representation models trained with specific biomedical data can be used to map latent clinical note information to embedding vectors and provide the ability to use notes in machine learning algorithms, including prediction of the final diagnostic group.

Introduction: As the worldwide population grows and the access to healthcare is increasingly being demanded, real-time monitoring of different biological signals has driven the study and development of diverse wearable technology. Monitoring of physical activity and behaviors by wearable devices may improve these health behaviors. This study endeavored to recognize the challenges of wearable technology in medicine and healthcare.Methods: This applied study was conducted in two phases using qualitative approach in winter 2023. Initially, the challenges of wearable devices were recognized from previous studies. In the second step, the study experts evaluated conceptual model by Delphi method. The expert panel consists of 13 individuals active in information technology in healthcare according to targeted sampling.Results: According results the main challenges of wearable devices are technology acceptance (0.923), design/development (0.769), data quality/safety (0.769), privacy/confidentiality (0.923), socioeconomic impact (0.846), interoperability/connectivity (0.769), patient information/data overload (0.846), remote monitoring (0.846), and sanctions (0.769).Conclusion: This study revealed that applications of the wearable technology in healthcare are becoming mature and established as a scientific domain. Practical adoption in wearable technology still demands design and validation of new pathways, strategic formulation, and a sound business model. Practitioners and researchers should consider how these technological advances may impact healthcare in the new era.

Introduction: Emergency departments of hospitals play a very important role in the health system, and the effectiveness of these services can be effectively increased by using health information technologies. The purpose of this study was to prioritize the challenges of implementing electronic medical records in the emergency department of selected hospitals in Isfahan.Methods: This descriptive-cross-sectional study was conducted in 1401. The research population included doctors and nurses from Al-Zahra, Kashani and Amin hospitals of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. The data was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of this tool was confirmed based on the opinions of 10 experts, and the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained by calculating Cronbach's alpha of 0.85. Data analysis was done using SPSS statistical software software and presented via Mean and standard deviation.Results: The findings showed that challenges in the organizational field, technical field, human field, and financial field had the first to fourth priority, respectively, among the organizational challenges, the increase in the workload of health service providers, the complexity of the processes of accepting and providing services to emergency patients and the lack of necessary infrastructure for electronic transmission of information to interested organizations has been assigned the highest priority.Conclusion: The effective implementation of electronic medical records in the emergency department of the studied hospitals requires the development of effective processes for accepting and providing medical services to emergency patients, providing the necessary organizational and technical infrastructure for proper access of health service providers and other users to electronic records. and providing funds for training users.

Introduction: Mobile value-added services in health encompass all services beyond voice calls and their implementation carries many benefits. The aim of the present study is to rank the factors related to mobile value-added services in the health sector.Research Method: This research is of the applied and descriptive-cross-sectional type with the statistical population of all information technology experts in the Social Security Organization of Tehran province, including 84 people. The measurement tool, with 64 items in 18 components, and its reliability was obtained with Cronbach’s alpha of 0.916. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 5 experts. For data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis method and SmartPLS software were used. For ranking related factors, a pairwise comparison questionnaire was designed and made available to 15 specialized experts and their opinions were calculated and ranked using Expert choice software.Findings: The indices and coefficients obtained from the model of implementing mobile value-added services in the health sector have sufficient validity. The themes of effects and outcomes with a weight of 0.558, user understanding with a weight of 0.165, reliability with a weight of 0.115, mentality and expectations with a weight of 0.071, effective environmental conditions with a weight of 0.054, technology development with a weight of 0.037 have the most impact on the implementation of mobile value-added services in the health sector.Conclusion: Organizations providing health services can implement by considering effective factors such as effects and consequences for using these services and other factors based on priority, in order to improve the acceptance rate, in order to improve processes and increase satisfaction

IntroductionAccurate documentation of medical records is one of the important issues during the process of diagnosis and treatment of the disease. It is very important in terms of treatment, legal, educational, financial and research. This study aimed to determine awareness of medical students about principles of medical records documentation.Methods: This descriptive-analytical and cross-sectional study was conducted in 2022-2023 at Zahedan university of medical sciences. The research population included medical students in the preclinical, clinical, and residency levels. The sample size was 260 medical students and the sampling method was quota sampling. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity and reliability of questionnaire were confirmed. Descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and analytical tests (T-test and One-way ANOVA) were used to analysis the research data. Results: The average awareness score obtained by the research community was 64.92±14.02 out of 74. The highest and lowest average scores were respectively related to the principles about the time frame of completing the information and the general principles of documenting the medical record. The test of the relationship between the variables of the research showed that only the relationship between the two variables of awareness level and educational level of students was significant.Conclusion: In this study, the level of students' awareness about the principles of documenting medical records was optimal. But by comparing the different results of this research with previous similar studies, it can be said that teaching the principles of documentation over time has had a positive effect on improving the level of students' awareness.

Introduction: This study endeavors to identify discourses and analyze the situation of human resources management information systems of the Isfahan University of Medical Sciences.Methods: This qualitative study was conducted using Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis method and semi-structured interviews with 42 experts and managers working in the field of human resources management and university information technology management and participatory observation to identify meaningful concepts, critical and different discourses. Then, it has been analyzed using Clark's situation analysis method by drawing ordered situational map and positional maps.Results: Based on the results of the study, different discourse structures play a role in human resource management information systems, which indicates that the designed model of human resource management systems is based on the type of thinking and managers’ view towards human resources and factors. The environment has been designed and implemented.Conclusion: In practice, human resource management information systems are influenced by the power of official and unofficial actors and agents, government laws and regulations, approvals of the board of trustees, as well as environmental and cultural factors. This research can pave the way for other researchers to consider a critical approach to human resource information systems and helps guide more research with this approach.

Introduction: The purpose of the present study is to identify the compensation strategies for dealing with the covid-19 pandemic among the medical staff.Research method: The research method is exploratory in terms of mixed type and has been done in two parts, qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative part, through thematic analysis method and using semi-structured interviews with 19 experts who were selected through purposive sampling, policies affecting the management structure of medical centers were identified and categorized. The data of this section were categorized and analyzed using the open, central and selective three-stage coding method. Introduction: Identifying the components affecting people's health literacy is one of the important areas in the field of medical sciences. In this study, the construction and validation of a health literacy questionnaire has been done.Methods: The current research is descriptive. The statistical sample of the research is 327 graduate students of Azarbaijan Shahid Madani University who were selected by simple random method. To identify the items of the questionnaire, databases and related sources were checked first. The result of the investigation was the preparation of the initial version of the health literacy questionnaire with 28 items. Exploratory factor analysis was used to extract dimensions and items, and Cronbach's alpha was used to check the reliability. Data statistical processing was done using SPSS and Monte Carlo software. Cronbach's alpha of the questionnaire was equal to 0.89.Results: Before the factor analysis, the correlation coefficients of the scores between the questionnaire questions were checked. According to the results of Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin test and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity, exploratory factor analysis on the questionnaire was deemed justified. The findings of factor analysis showed that by removing two items from the whole questionnaire and analyzing the rest and rotating the results with the Varimax method, four dimensions of "access to health information"; "understanding health information"; "evaluation of health information"; and "use of health information" is obtained. Conclusion: According to the findings, the proposed health literacy questionnaire has the necessary validity to assess the health literacy of adults.

From the point of view of the authors of this article, the types of medical misinformation can be divided into three general categories, emphasizing that this categorization does not have precise and mathematical boundaries: 1) Misinformation type 1 (Dissemination of totally incorrect medical information): In this case, the sender (individual or media) disseminates medical information that is completely medically incorrect and causes an information disorder that can harm the health of the individual and society. 2) Misinformation Type 2 (Propagation of medical pseudoscience): In this case, the sender (individual or media) presents irrelevant medical information and a person may express correct presuppositions or correct propositions incorrectly or draw incorrect conclusions from them. This case will cause an information disorder and possible damage to the health of the individual and the society. 3) Misinformation Type 3 (Conditional recommendations): In this case, the sender (individual or media) advises and offers medical information, which after being reviewed and evaluated by clinical experts or health scientists, their validity and strength are still completely unknown and is not approved but it is used in special conditions or special situations depends on the special conditions of each individual patient. This case, like the previous two cases, has caused information disorders, and although the purpose of these advices is not to harm others, it can cause damage to the health of the individual and the society through circulating the relatively correct medical information among the society.

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to compile the key components and indicators of the excellence model of information technology management in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences.Methods: This practical and purposeful basic research was carried out using content analysis method and fuzzy Delphi technique. The population included senior and middle managers of information technology in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and books and articles related to information technology management. The results were presented in the form of a Delphi panel in the form of a questionnaire to the experts and professors, and with the two-stage implementation of the Delphi panel, the agreement coefficient of the experts regarding the mentioned components was obtained through the calculation of CVR and the necessary convergence was achieved. Besides, the members' credibility criterion was used in Newman's validation method.Results: Fourteen dimensions including 142 components were identified as core values, components of the excellence model of information technology management in the University of Medical Sciences. These components were presented to IT experts in the university in the form of a questionnaire, and their agreement coefficient was calculated by performing two steps of the fuzzy Delphi technique. Ultimately, two components were removed and 140 components were confirmed with an agreement coefficient of over 0.4.Conclusion: It seems that the indicators selected in this research can provide the basis for the development and realization of information technology excellence in organizations. The selected indicators enable them to extract improvement plans and measures along with the comprehensive pathology of their processes and their position in the excellence process to be evaluated in the field of information technology.

AbstractIntroduction: Blockchain as a distributed, secure, transparent and reliable database shared by a community can also affect sustainable supply chain networks. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the causal relationship of the factors related to the use of blockchain in the sustainable supply chain of the health sector.Research method: The current research is descriptive and was conducted with the participation of 5 experts from Ali Ibn Abi Talib Hospital in Rafsanjan. The experts were selected as a snowball. In order to collect and analyze data, structured interview and fuzzy cognitive mapping method were used.Findings: Based on the research literature and expert opinions, fifteen variables related to the use of blockchain in the sustainable health supply chain were identified. The results showed that the data encryption variable was the most effective with a factor of 2.03 and the scalability variable was the most effective with a factor of 2.20. Among the 15 factors, the variable of standardization and development of software platforms has the highest degree of centrality with a coefficient of 2.97.Conclusion: By identifying the effective and efficient factors in the use of blockchain, the officials of Ali Ibn Abitaleb (AS) hospital can use the data encryption that provides a secure environment by implementing blockchain technology, and also an intelligent system for convenience. Introduction: With the significant expansion of research, we are witnessing the discrediting of some scientific outputs in the field of medicine. This study endeavored to investigate the dimensions and patterns of cooperation of internationally discredited works in the field of medicine in the Scopus database.Methods: This study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of conducting research and data analysis, it is quantitative and has been done using bibliometric analysis method and scientometric approach and illustration techniques to draw scientific collaborations. The population is all the discredited medical works available from 2016 to the end of 2020 in the Scopus database which has been done using the network analysis method.Results: The findings showed that during the period, 480 works published in Scopus database were discredited. The Unites States, England, India, and China have the highest index of centrality, intimacy, and crosscontextuality. These countries play an important role in connecting nodes and transmitting information over the network.Conclusion: Discredited articles in the United States and England have high centrality indices, which indicates the greater influence and power of these countries, which, in turn, have a greater influence on other countries in the scientific network.
