چکیده
مقدمه: سطح سواد سلامت و بهزیستی شغلی کارکنان نظام سلامت که متولی آموزش و سلامت جامعه هستند، اهمیت دارد. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه بین سواد سلامت و بهزیستی شغلی کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آبادان در سال 1401انجام شد.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه مقطعی از نوع همبستگی بود که بر روی 185 نفر از کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آبادان انجام گردید، روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای و ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامههای اطلاعات دموگرافیک، سواد سلامت و بهزیستی شغلی بود. دادههای گردآوری شده با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری توصیفی و استنباطی پیرسون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: میانگین نمره سواد سلامت شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه 9/64 درصد(کافی) و 9/18 درصد (عالی) بوده است. در بررسی منابع کسب اطلاعات در بین کارکنان بیشترین منبع اخذ اطلاعات سلامت در اینترنت و سوال از پزشکان و کارکنان بهداشتی و درمانی(درصد 1/61) بوده و در درجه بعد رادیو و تلویزیون (8/16درصد) و کتابچه، جزوه، بروشورهای آموزشی و تبلیغی (7/9درصد) قرارگرفتند. از نظر بهزیستی شغلی بیشتر واحدهای مورد پژوهش 3/64 درصد (در سطح متوسط) و 6/28 درصد (در سطح بسیار خوب) و تنها 7 درصد (در سطح ضعیف) بودند. یافتهها نشان داد که سطح سواد سلامت میتواند متأثر از حوزه کاری افراد باشد و ارتباط بین سواد سلامت و بهزیستی شغلی معنیدار نبود. بررسی بر روی ارتباط بین بهزیستی شغلی و ابعاد سواد سلامت نشان داد بهزیستی شغلی تنها با بعد مهارت خواندن )03/0P-value = ) رابطه معنیدار و مستقیمی دارد.
نتیجهگیری: بهزیستی شغلی با سواد سلامت افراد ارتباط معناداری نداشت و به نظر میرسد متغیرهای دیگری که در این مطالعه بررسی نشده است، میتواند در این حوزه نقش بیشتری داشته باشد. با توجه به جایگاه متولیان نظام سلامت، این یافتهها میتواند مورد استفاده سیاستگذاران در برنامهریزی و توسعه سواد سلامت و بهزیستی شغلی کارکنان قرار گیرد.

Investigating the Relationship between Health Literacy and Occupational Well-being of University Employees Abadan Medical Sciences

چکیده [English]
Introduction: The level of health literacy and occupational well-being of health system employees who are in charge of education and health of society is important. This study endeavoored to determine the relationship between health literacy and occupational well-being of the employees in the Abadan University of Medical Sciences in 1401.
Methods: This cross-sectional-analytical and correlational study was conducted among 185 employees of Abadan University of Medical Sciences who were selected through cluster random sampling method. Data collection tools were demographic information, health literacy and occupational well-being. questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed through Pearson's descriptive.
Results: The average health literacy score of the participants was 64.9% (adequate) and 18.9% (excellent). In the survey of obtaining information among the employees, the major source of obtaining health information was on the Internet and questions from doctors and healthcare workers (61.1%), followed by radio and television (16.8%), booklets, pamphlets, and educational brochures, and advertisement (9.7%). In terms of occupational well-being, most of the research units were 64.3% (in average level), 28.6% (in very good level) and only 7% (in poor level). The findings showed that the level of health literacy can be affected by individuals' work area and the relationship between health literacy and occupational well-being was not significant (P-value>0.05). The investigation on the relationship between occupational well-being and health literacy dimensions showed that occupational well-being has a significant and direct relationship only with the dimension of reading skill (P-value=0.03).
Conclusion: Occupational well-being had no significant relationship with individuals' health literacy. It seems that other variables that were not investigated in this study can play a greater role in this field. Considering the position of health system trustees, these findings can be used by policy makers in planning and developing health literacy and occupational well-being of employees.
