This article introduce a new term in the field of health information and health communication called the "Doom Scrolling" and tries to draw the attention of health professionals to this issue by referring to its effects on the health of the individual and society.People are faced with a wide range of news in their lives, some of which have negative and unpleasant content (1). Usually, people consider searching for information as a way to deal with challenging situations. On the other hand, coping and adapting to unpleasant information can also be a coping behavior; because it warns people about existing dangers and prepares them for similar threats in the future (2). One of the new challenges in the health science is the existence, tendency and desire of some people to "follow unpleasant news" (Doom Scrolling or Doom surfing), which has various reasons and can occur in different health fields. Some of these reasons are: passive use of social media, habitual media use, anxiety, weak self-control and some other personality traits of people. Men, younger adults, and politicians are also more likely to do doom scrolling. In general, it seems that following such news is particularly attractive for some people. (3).

Introduction: New applications of studies to draw the structure of science including clustering concepts and identifying new fields of studies. This study was co-word analysis of intellectual structure of knowledge in the field of throbbing headaches.Methods: The research was conducted adopting a scientometric approach to content analysis of texts using the co-words and social network analysis. A total of 1311 documents were identified from the Topic="Medical Anthropology" search strategy in the WOS database. Data analysis was been done through cluster analysis method and strategic diagram.Results: The findings related to clustering led to the formation of eight thematic clusters: "Biomedical Anthropology", "AIDS and Covid-19 (epidemics)","Medical Anthropology with a Spiritual Approach", "Economic Medical Anthropology", "Ethnic Medicine", "Medical Anthropology" Applied", "Education and culture of health" and "Anthropology of reproduction". "AIDS and Covid-19 (epidemics)" was determined to be the highest centrality and density cluster.Conclusion: Using co-word analysis, it is possible to determine the scientific structure of a field. According to the frequency of keywords and clusters obtained from the strategic diagram, it was revealed that the thematic fields of AIDS and Covid-19 (epidemics) are the important emerging fields in this field.

Introduction: Considering the importance of sexual health literacy among youths, especially students, and the occurrence of health-threatening behaviors due to the spread and pollution of available information, this study endeavored to determine the level of sexual health literacy of students and its relationship with demographic variables.Methods: This applied study was an analytical survey. The sample consisted of 387 students of Bushehr University of Medical Sciences. To collect data, the "Sexual Health Literacy of Iranian Adults" questionnaire was employed within four domains (access, reading and understanding, analysis and evaluation, and application).Results: The average score of sexual health literacy of the students is higher than the average score of the report questionnaire, and among the components of sexual health literacy, "application" has the highest average and the "analysis and evaluation" has the lowest average. Paramedical faculty students had a lower average score than the students of other faculties. The variable score of reading and understanding in unmarried students was significantly lower than married students.Conclusion: According to the results and the importance of sexual health literacy, it seems necessary for managers and policy makers to take appropriate decisions to increase the sexual health literacy skills of different groups, including youths, and take necessary plans, practical solutions, and serious steps.

AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic is one of the fundamental challenges of the personal and professional life of people all over the world, which requires accurate and fast policy making and planning. So, With the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, experts in scientific environments tried to investigate the aspects of this disease in the shortest possible time. Therefore, in many universities of medical sciences (Iran), with the aim of presenting the results of researches, review process was facilitated. Therefore, the speed in reviewing, publishing and using the results of research conducted during Covid-19 pandemic, raises the concern especially by policymakers and even the general public that how reliable and valuable are these findings? Introduction: Telemedicine is an important feature for quick access of patients to healthcare services. It seems important to understand the level of knowledge and attitude of the medical staff about telemedicine for its successful implementation. This study endeavors to determine the level of knowledge and attitude of the medical staff about telemedicine in the hospitals of Ferdows.Methods: This descriptive and cross-sectional study was conducted in two hospitals in Ferdows in the year 2022. The population was the medical staff. In this study, the census method was used and the research community was considered as the research sample. The data collection instrument was Rezaei et al.'s questionnaire consisting of four parts. After completing the questionnaires, the data were analyzed using descriptive methods.Results: Among the participants, 39% had moderate knowledge and 40.3% had little or very little knowledge about telemedicine, however, there was a positive attitude towards telemedicine. 26.3% of the treatment staff had used this technology, with the telephonic consultation service as the most used. Sixty eight percent stated that the critical implementation obstacle was the lack of access to high-speed and high-bandwidth internet.Conclusion: The results revealed that the level of awareness of telemedicine among medical staff is low, but their attitude is positive. Increasing the awareness of the medical staff about telemedicine can be the most effective way for its successful implementation.

Introduction: Hepatitis C can impose various costs on the country's health system, including the cost of the care package provided in the field of health deputies. Therefore, this study was conducted to calculate the cost of providing a health care package including diagnostic-pharmaceutical costs, manpower costs and administrative-support costs in the Hepatitis C Counseling Center of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences in 2019.Methods: The present descriptive study was conducted as a census and cross-sectional study due to the limitations of the research community 238 patients. And the costs of manpower and administration - support of the center have been extracted from the Kurdish cost documents available in the financial management unit of the university.Results: The cost of the care package provided for all clients to the center was equal to 10,563,163,457 and its per capita was 44,383,040 Rials. The share of diagnostic-pharmaceutical costs is 45% and the share of manpower costs and administrative-support costs of the center is equal to 55% of the total costs of the hepatitis C counseling center in 2019.Conclusion: The present study, by determining the costs by pharmaceutical items, imaging services, laboratory services, manpower and administrative-support costs, can provide a clear picture to increase the technical efficiency of available resources to the organization's executives..

Introduction: The level of health literacy and occupational well-being of health system employees who are in charge of education and health of society is important. This study endeavoored to determine the relationship between health literacy and occupational well-being of the employees in the Abadan University of Medical Sciences in 1401.Methods: This cross-sectional-analytical and correlational study was conducted among 185 employees of Abadan University of Medical Sciences who were selected through cluster random sampling method. Data collection tools were demographic information, health literacy and occupational well-being. questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed through Pearson's descriptive.Results: The average health literacy score of the participants was 64.9% (adequate) and 18.9% (excellent). In the survey of obtaining information among the employees, the major source of obtaining health information was on the Internet and questions from doctors and healthcare workers (61.1%), followed by radio and television (16.8%), booklets, pamphlets, and educational brochures, and advertisement (9.7%). In terms of occupational well-being, most of the research units were 64.3% (in average level), 28.6% (in very good level) and only 7% (in poor level). The findings showed that the level of health literacy can be affected by individuals' work area and the relationship between health literacy and occupational well-being was not significant (P-value>0.05). The investigation on the relationship between occupational well-being and health literacy dimensions showed that occupational well-being has a significant and direct relationship only with the dimension of reading skill (P-value=0.03).Conclusion: Occupational well-being had no significant relationship with individuals' health literacy. It seems that other variables that were not investigated in this study can play a greater role in this field. Considering the position of health system trustees, these findings can be used by policy makers in planning and developing health literacy and occupational well-being of employees.

This letter has been written to express my views on the increasing use of pervasive and mobile computing in health information systems. Pervasive and mobile computing has become increasingly important in the field of healthcare over the past decade. The use of mobile devices, wireless communication, and cloud computing has revolutionized the way healthcare is delivered, making it more efficient and accessible to patients as well as healthcare providers.Pervasive computing refers to the integration of computing technology into daily life. This includes the use of smart devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and wearable technology, to connect individuals to the Internet and to other devices. Mobile computing, on the other hand, refers specifically to the use of mobile devices to access information and communication. Both pervasive and mobile computing have the potential to transform the way healthcare is delivered, making it more patient-centered, personalized, and accessible.One of the most significant applications of pervasive and mobile computing in healthcare is the use of mobile health apps like MHealth. These apps can be used by patients to monitor their health, track their medication, and communicate with healthcare providers. For example, a patient with diabetes can use an app to track their blood sugar levels and send the data to their doctor in real time, allowing for quick adjustments to treatment plans. These apps could also be used to provide patients with education and support, helping them to manage their condition more effectively Another important application of pervasive and mobile computing in healthcare is the use of telemedicine. Telemedicine allows healthcare providers to communicate with patients remotely, using video conferencing and other technology tools. This can be particularly beneficial for patients who live in rural areas or who have mobility issues, as it allows them to access healthcare services without having to travel long distances. Telemedicine can also be used to provide patients with access to specialists who may not be available locally.In addition to healthcare apps and telemedicine, pervasive and mobile computing can be used to improve the efficiency of healthcare delivery. For example, electronic health records (EHRs) can be accessed from mobile devices, allowing healthcare providers to access patient information anywhere. This can be particularly useful in emergency situations, where quick access to patient data can be critical.Despite the benefits of pervasive and mobile computing in healthcare, there are challenges to their implementation. One of the biggest challenges is ensuring the security and privacy of patient data. Healthcare data is highly sensitive, and the use of mobile devices and cloud computing can increase the risk of data breaches. It seems indispensable that healthcare providers take steps to ensure the security of patient data, including the use of encryption and other security measures.Another challenge is ensuring that patients have access to the technology they need to benefit from pervasive and mobile computing. While smartphones and other mobile devices are becoming increasingly widespread, not all patients may have access to these technologies. Healthcare providers may need to provide patients with devices or other support to ensure that they are able to use related apps and other technology tools.In conclusion, the use of pervasive and mobile computing in healthcare has the potential to revolutionize the way healthcare is delivered, making it more patient-centered, personalized, and accessible. From healthcare apps to telemedicine, these technologies can improve the efficiency of healthcare delivery while providing patients with better access to care. However, there are also challenges to their implementation, including the need to ensure the security and privacy of patient data and to provide patients with access to the necessary technology. By addressing these challenges, healthcare providers can harness the power of pervasive and mobile computing to improve the health and well-being of their patients.
