Introduction: New concepts in the field of planning for healthcare centers are noteworthy. One type of healthcare centers which was brought up and emphasized in terms of efficiency in recent years are micro-hospitals. Considering the ability of micro-hospitals to provide effective availability of healthcare services, elicitation and prioritization of key factors in establishing of these healthcare centers in Iran seems necessary. Methods: In this library-descriptive study, the population consisted of 16 experts in hospital planning and design who were selected purposefully. After reviewing 53 resources and conducting library studies related to the micro-hospitals to compare them with the current healthcare centers in Iran, the key factors in establishing micro-hospitals were selected and prioritized in an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) by the population. Results: The two factors of “easy access for users and increasing the job efficiency of healthcare staff (due to the low number of patients)” were the factors the highest importance. Conclusion: It was found that easy access, possibility of attracting patients on a local scale, and higher speed with job efficiency of employees, as well as lower construction costs (due to the small scale of the complex), were the factors with the highest priorities among the key factors. Accordingly, it seems that this idea can be a proper solution to promote the healthcare service level in Iran.

Introduction: Despite the great importance of comprehensive evaluation of mobile health services, as a part of novel health services, most researches have only focused on the evaluation of the technical aspects and have neglected other aspects of these services. The main objective of this study was the identification and prioritization of the indicators and dimensions of mobile health systems’ quality by considering all critical aspects including technical, information, and interactive dimensions. Methods: This applied and descriptive study was conducted through survey method. A questionnaire was used to collect data the validity of which was confirmed by academic experts. The statistical population of the study included experts of health services quality evaluation with emphasis on mobile health with more than 3 years of experience in this field. Using judgmental sampling (non-probability purposive sampling), 28 subjects were selected and questionnaires were distributed among them. The content validity of the scale was confirmed by experts and its reliability was approved through calculation of inconsistency rate for all pairwise comparison matrixes (less than 0.1). The collected data were analyzed using the analytic hierarchy process in Expert Choice Software. Results: The interaction quality dimension was the most important among the dimensions of quality assessment of mobile health services. In addition, the indicators of privacy, effectiveness, safety, real-time performance, accountability, after-sales service, and patient-centered services were respectively, the most important quality indicators. Conclusion: It is necessary to study mobile health services in the context of other health services and not just simply as software. The success of a mobile health system is based, first, on the quality of general health service indicators such as accountability, patient-centered services, and privacy, and then, on the quality of software system indicators. Therefore, it is necessary for all stakeholders to be involved in the process of designing a mobile health service in order to improve the chances of success.

Introduction: The significance of hospitals as part of an impact on the healthcare system on anyone not wearing. In addition to providing quality service to enhance the likelihood of successful treatment creates a distinction between provider organizations and enhances are the competitiveness of the organizations. This study attempted to measure the quality Afshar Mohammad Sadiq of hospital care using Fuzzy TOPSIS and Fuzzy AHP.Methods: This is a cross-sectional analytical study was conducted in the second half 92 .The sample group of selected experts and patients in the Afshar Hospital Yazd in the fall. First, a literature review of research on service quality dimensions were identified from the hospital. After refining the dimensions, using a form of paired comparisons of experts (including the Chairman and teaching hospitals, nurses, technical staff of hospitals, health care management professors and faculty Medical Sciences and Health Services, Yazd martyr) surveys were performed and the coefficients of each of the dimensions of the analytic hierarchy process in fuzzy environment (the software Expert Choice) was calculated. Third, using questionnaires (reliability, validity and approved by relevant experts Cronbach's alphaof .92) based on a Likert - Elect of the patients admitted to hospital departments (cardiology, orthopedics, gynecology, and surgical) of 100 participants were randomly sampled using fuzzy TOPSIS (software TOPSIS) was ranked sectors mentioned. Results: Dimensions of responsiveness, assurance, security, tangibles, health communication and customer orientation as aspects affecting the quality of the hospitals were identified using the FAHP safety factor of greatest significance and importance had the lowest coefficient of tangibles (0.25406 in contrast, 0.88306 ). Also analyzed the data using FTOPSIS, cardiac and surgical wards of the highest and lowest ci (One option is to calculate the relative closeness to the ideal solution) achieved (33.457in contrast. 0.770).Conclusion: The results of this method showed that the highest priority to security experts, among other aspects affecting the quality of service. Also part of the heart disease, urology, gynecology and surgery are the first place to fourth in the provision of services.

Introduction: Measuring the service quality in organizations is the necessary background for planning to improve the quality of their services. Quality services in the medical libraries has the fundamental role in achieving to community goals in the field of public health. The present study is done with the aim of gap analysis and ranking of service quality dimensions and also ranking of Medical Science Libraries of Shahid Sadooghi University.Method: This research was a survey study and its population was included 3339 people of Shahid Sadooghi University of medical science library users in the second half of 1391, that the number of 379 users have been selected by means of sampling method. Sample size was determined by Morgan table. Data were collected by libqual questionnaire; also 10 questionnaires that each included four “matrix of paired comparisons” was distributed among 10 library specialists. Formal validity of questionnaire was confirmed by thenumber ofnational and international professors and experts .the reliability of “ libqual” questionnaire and "Matrix of paired comparisons” questionnaire was confirmed by calculating “Cronbach’s alpha coefficient” for each dimensions of library service above 70 percentand “ rate incompatibility” less than 1/., respectively. Analysis of data obtained from libqual questionnaire is done by means of spss software in both descriptive statistics (percent of average and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Friedman test); also analysis of data obtained from "Matrix of paired comparisons" is done by means of expert choice software. Results: data obtained from the “Libqual questionnaire” indicated that the libraries in all aspects related to "impact service" dimension can meet the minimum expectations of users that show their librarians have been modestly successful from the human dimension of service performance, while in some aspects related to dimensions “information access " and " library as a place" cannot meet minimum expectations of users. While none of the libraries surveyed cannot provide the ideal service for users. Also data obtained from the “matrix of paired comparisons" indicated that according to the experts, the “impact service” dimension and medicine – pharmacology library had the topmost rank among the service quality dimensions and libraries, respectively. Conclusion: as the library and information science experts believe that the impact service dimension is the most important dimension in the relation of improving the quality of library services, medical librarians indicated that they have been modestly successful from the point of user servicing and can meet the minimum expectations of users in comparison with the other dimensions. Keywords: Library Services; Service Quality; Libraries, Medical; Analytical Hierarchy

Introduction: In today's world, survival of any organization depends on its competitiveness and suitable decisions against environmental changes. One of the effective methods in organizations is to use performance evaluation systems to determine weak points to be improved and strengths to be reinforced. Performance evaluation and management not only help organizations to increase competitiveness, but also play an important role in determination and implementation of strategies. This research tried to present a performance evaluation model for service organizations. Methods: This was an applied descriptive case study on the Medical Services Insurance Organization in the province of Isfahan, Iran, during 2009-2010. A questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed by the opinions of experts and a Cronbach's alpha of 0.71, respectively, was used to collect data. First, related books and articles were reviewed to determine index characteristics. Four University professors were then asked and the results were analyzed by TOPSIS technique to identify key properties in selecting indices. A questionnaire was then used to determine key performance indices. Afterwards, the indices were weighted using a different questionnaire. Finally, the collected information was ranked by numerical taxonomy technique. Results: The key performances indices were identified as cost management, income management, and customer satisfaction. The performance of organizations was evaluated and compared based on these indices. The results were presented in tables. Conclusion: To improve the performance of branches of Medical Services Insurance Organization in different towns, analysis and optimization of medical expenses, increasing income, and customer satisfaction have particular importance. These factors would definitely be vital in success of the Medical Services Insurance Organization as a whole.
