چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های به کارگیری پزشکی از راه دور: یک مطالعه مروری نقلی

چکیده


نظام سلامت کشورهای مختلف در جهت به کارگیری پزشکی از راه دور با چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های متعددی روبه‌رو می‌باشد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، تعیین فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های پیش روی نظام سلامت کشورهای مختلف در به کارگیری فن‌آوری پزشکی از راه دور بود. در این مطالعه بر اساس راهبرد جستجو، پایگاه‌های داده‌ای داخلی و خارجی در بازه زمانی ژانویه 2000 تا ژانویه 2018 جستجو گردید و در مرحله نهایی، تجزیه و تحلیل بر روی 24 مقاله منتخب شناسایی شده صورت گرفت. به کارگیری فن‌آوری پزشکی از راه‌ دور با چالش‌های عمده‌ای در رابطه با زیرساخت‌های ارتباطی- اطلاعاتی، تجارت الکترونیک، امنیتی، بهداشتی- درمانی، استانداردها، قوانین و مقررات و آموزش مواجه بود. با وجود چالش‌های مذکور، فرصت‌های قابل توجهی به ویژه در ارتباط با همه‌گیر شدن فن‌آوری ارتباطات و اطلاعات، فراهم شدن دسترسی همگانی به اطلاعات به‌روز و از بین رفتن شکاف‌های فن‌آوری به واسطه بروز پدیده جهانی شدن فراهم شده است که می‌تواند راهگشای مناسبی برای حذف چالش‌های مذکور باشد.
