چکیده
مقدمه: وجود همگرایی بین ارزشها در محیطهای شغلی، نقشی تعیین کننده در ایجاد بروندادهای مثبت فردی و سازمانی ایفا میکند. از آنجایی که پرستاری حرفهای است که در شرایط سخت بیماری، خدمات ارزشمندی را به جامعه ارایه میدهد، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی همگرایی بین ارزشهای فردی و حرفهای در پرستاران بیمارستانهای وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام گردید.
روش بررسی: در این پژوهش که به صورت مقطعی انجام پذیرفت، تعداد 103 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستانهای وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان که در سال 1389مشغول به کار بودند، به صورت طبقهای با توجه به نسبتهای حجمی انتخاب و ارزشهای آنها توسط پرسشنامههای زمینهیابی ارزشهای Rokeach و مقیاس ارزشهای حرفهای پرستاری Weis و Schank مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اعتبار و پایایی ابزارها در سطح مطلوبی (بالای 7/0) گزارش شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری 16SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: بین عوامل ارزشهای فردی و حرفهای رابطهی معنیداری وجود داشت (05/0 > P)، چنانچه پرستاران بیمارستانهای وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان بین ارزشهای مهم خود مثل هماهنگی درونی با امنیت، وفاداری با اعتماد و امنیت و یا دنیایی از صلح با صداقت، رابطه احساس میکردند. به علاوه، در اهمیت ارزشهای فردی آزادی و خلاقیت، فرمانبرداری و گذشت در بین زنان و مردان تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت (05/0 > P)؛ اما در ارزشهای حرفهای، این تفاوتها معنیدار نبود.
نتیجهگیری: بین تعدادی از ارزشهای فردی پرستاران و ارزشهای مهم و محوری آنها در حرفهشان همگرایی و همسویی وجود دارد. این نتایج در راستای پژوهشهای گذشته نشان میدهد که همگرایی ارزشهای فردی و حرفهای منجر به افزایش تناسب فرد- شغل و فرد- سازمان میشود.

Introduction: Congruity of values in workplace has a determining effect on personal and
organizational outcomes. On the other hand, nurses provide invaluable services during the difficult times of sickness. The aim of this research was thus to investigate the relationship between personal and professional values among nurses working in hospitals affiliated to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Isfahan, Iran.
Methods: In a cross-sectional study, stratified sampling was used to select 103 nurses who were working in hospitals affiliated to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences during 2010. Their values were investigated by valid and reliable Rokeach Value Survey (RVS) and the Nursing Professional Values Scale (Weis and Schank). The collected data was analyzed by SPSS16 .
Results: Our findings revealed a significant relationship between personal and professional values (P < 0.05). In fact, nurses felt congruity in their important values such as inner harmony with security, loyalty with trust and security, or a world at peace with honesty. In addition, although some personal values like freedom, creativity, obedience, and amnesty were significantly different between men and women (P < 0.05), no significant differences in professional values were observed between the two sexes.
Conclusion: Our results showed that a congruity between personal and professional values among nurses. It can be concluded that congruity between personal and professional values would lead to appropriate person-job and person-organization relations.
