Introduction: Prenatal care documentation is crucial for maintaining a safe pregnancy and desired outcomes for the mother, baby, and family. This study was conducted to determine the national minimum data set of pregnancy status to plan for preventing maternal mortality and reducing of delivery complications outstanding lack of information about pregnancy conditions during childbirth.Methods: This descriptive-comparative study was conducted through qualitative approach in the academic year 2021 in four steps as follows: exploring minimum data set in selected countries, determining information needs of experts, compiling initial minimum data sets, and confirming their validity through Delphi technique.Results: Investigating in IFRC, WHO, EBCOG, and South Africa, Tanzania, Newziland, Australia, England, India and Iran as well as interviewing midwives, 177 data components were identified and validated. Finally, 86 data components were agreed upon in seven areas: referral information, maternal information, medical history, previous pregnancy, and delivery history, current pregnancy description, ultrasound results, and test results using the Delphi techniqueConclusion: Determining the minimum pregnancy status data set provides a structured framework for collecting and reporting important maternal status data. Health Information system (HIS) in caregiving will be fed by important maternal status data, awareness of vital situations during delivery which in turn leads to timely action, and directly prevents many deaths.

Introduction: With the prevalence of COVID-19 in the world and the sharp increase in deaths due to it, hospitals are in dire need of changing their situation and raising their preparedness in the face of the crisis. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to prioritize the factors related to the readiness of hospitals against COVID-19.Methods: In this descriptive-survey study, first, by reviewing the literature, factors related to hospital readiness were extracted. Then, in order to validate these factors and reach the consensus of the expert group (40 physicians and nurses involved in the front line of the corona), the Delphi method was used. Finally, the identified indicators were ranked and prioritized using the SWARA (Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis) technique.Results: The literature review and Delphi method led to the identification of 18 indicators related to hospital readiness, the most important of which were the number of staff, medical equipment, education and work experience, emergency network and manpower readiness, respectively.Conclusion: Considering the severe vulnerability of hospitals to possible corona peaks, based on the results of this study, the condition of hospitals can be evaluated from five perspectives: hospital building, medical equipment, communication equipment, transportation and personnel, and necessary measures should be taken to eliminate their shortcomings.

Introduction: Due to the importance of organizational performance in today's changing world and the impact of organizational silence, this study endeavored to investigate organizational silence in the vice chancellors of the Isfahan University of Medical Sciences.Methods: This survey study is descriptive. The population included all employees working in the vice chancellors of the Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in the year 2020 (1457 individuals in 8 vice chancellors) through available sampling method, the sample size was 306 individuals. To collect data, a 15-item questionnaire was used by Vacula and Borados (2005) and its content validity was authenticated by five experts, who were professors and experts in the field of resource management. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.Results: The findings showed the organizational silence in the Isfahan University of Medical Sciences vice-chancellors from the perspective of senior managers and supervisors, and the organization's communication opportunities also enhanced the organizational silence. Besides, there was no significant relationship between organizational silence and the demographic characteristics of the participants.Conclusion: Seeing as that the phenomenon of organizational silence can be an obstacle for the expression of individuals' opinions in the organization, identifying the factors affecting it and trying to solve them by using participatory management, suggestion system and critical thinking training, can be the conditions for expressing opinions. Expressing opinions can facilitate the presentation of employees' opinions, promote their creativity, and of course, benefiting from the active and conscious participation of employees, organizations can travel the path of growth, excellence and success at a faster pace.

Introduction: One of the complications of Covid-19 has become a social crisis of using virtual networks. This study endeavored to determine the effects of Covid-19 on dependence on virtual networks and the quality of social relations of librarians.Methods: The study was a survey type. The population was the librarians of the public libraries of the Markazi province, and due to the limited population, the census method was used (174 individuals). Data were collected using questionnaires of Internet addiction, social relations, and social effects of Covid-19. The gathered data were analyzed through Correlation Coefficient & One-way ANOVA tests.Results: There is a significant negative relationship between virtual networks and social relations among the librarians of public libraries in Markazi Province, and the moderating role of Covid-19 in the relationship between virtual networks and social relations.Conclusion: The prevalence of Covid-19 can incur social costs to librarians, who are active in Cyberspace and in providing public services; reduce their commitment to family, job, and friends. Therefore, knowing the consequences of dependence on virtual networks can keep individuals and their families from harm.

Introduction: Improving the health literacy of pregnant women facilitates their understanding of health information before, during, and after pregnancy and has a direct impact on the health of the child during the years development. Therefore, due to the importance of health literacy for pregnant women, this study was conducted to determine health literacy of pregnant women referring to health centers in Bushehr.Methods: This study was an analytical-survey research. The population was 306 pregnant women referring to health centers in Bushehr who were selected by randomized clustering. Data were collected using health literacy questionnaire, demographic, medical, and midwifery checklist. Chi-square and Fisher test were used to analyze the data.Results: Findings revealed that 51% of pregnant women had inadequate health literacy, 25% had border health literacy, and 24% had adequate health literacy. According to the results, there was a significant relationship between the women's education (P=0.041)/ job (P=0.005), their husband's education (P=0.034)/ job (P=0.010), the pregnancy frequency (P=0.05), and health literacy. Furthermore, women who had experienced the second pregnancy or more had a higher health literacy compared with primiparous women (=18%).Conclusion: The results showed that majority of the pregnant women referring to health centers had a low health literacy. It could be recommended to educate health literacy skills and empowerment of pregnant mothers in different groups through content materials in simple language and provide oral and visual training to pregnant women.

Introduction: The concept of health literacy is a cognitive and social skill that determines the motivation and ability of individuals to access, understand and use information in a way that maintains and promotes their health.The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between health literacy, resilience and mental health of Kermanshah public librarians.Methods: The research method was survey. The statistical population consists of Kermanshah public librarians. The questionnaires of Montazeri et al., Goldberg & Hillier and Connor & Davidson were used to collect data and measure the variables of health literacy, mental health and resilience, respectively. The validity of these questionnaires was confirmed using the opinions of five professors in the field of information science and the reliability of these questionnaires was calculated through Cronbach's alpha. In order to analyze the data and fit the model, frequency distribution tables and structural equation modeling in Warp Piels software were used.Results: The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between health literacy and librarians 'mental health as well as between librarians' health literacy and resilience. Finally, it was found that resilience plays a mediating role in the relationship between health literacy and mental health.Conclusion: Since librarians' mental health has a great impact on their services, so discovering and strengthening the factors affecting mental health can have a significant impact on improving the organizational performance of public libraries. Based on the findings, it seems that focusing on improving librarians' mental health by increasing health literacy and, consequently, their resilience to achieve more appropriate outcomes, is an important issue that has a mutually reinforcing effect.

Introduction: Developing strategic planning in libraries depends on identifying different dimensions of its activities and services. In this research we proposing a lens for strategic planning in libraries of Iran medical science universities.Methods: After adopting a qualitative survey design, 21 academic library managers were interviewed. Snowball sampling method was used to select the Samples and the data analysis was done using the thematic analysis method by MAXQDA 10.Results: The study revealed nine main themes and over 54 sub-themes. Resources and librarian specialists identified as an important libraries property. Customer expectations, The Mission of Upstream Organizations and Current Status of Library Performance were identified as three factors influencing the formulation of library missions. In libraries, for drawing up perspectives, the most important issue was the available facilities and services. Considering the librarians' professional ethics and user feedback from most interviewees, it was raised as a value for the library. The majority of interviewees considered Up-to-date services to be important strategic goals and stated that if they had the necessary delegation of responsibility, they would be able to formulate better goals. The most important environmental factors affecting strategic planning referred to modern information and communication technologies, lack of librarian’s motivation, participate in educational and research programs and lack of human resources in libraries.Conclusion: Strategic planning for each library was different from others. But, attention to the Common influential factors and used of proposed integrated framework in this study can be facilitate strategic planning.

Introduction: The hospital information system is a powerful tool for all health-related activities such as planning, monitoring, coordination and decision-making .This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the success of the hospital information system and the hospital organizational performance from the perspective of staff. Methods: The present study is a corolation study of correlation type. 270 hospital staff were selected by stratified random sampling. Data were collected using two standard information system success questionnaires and Hospital organizational performance questionnaire. Data analysis was performed by descriptive and inferential statistical tests (Spearman correlation test).Results: Findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the success of the hospital information system and its dimensions with the performance of the organization from the staff perspective (r = 0.617 and p <0.001(.Conclusion: According to the findings of the study, it can be stated that the successful establishment of the hospital information system by providing accurate and reliable information in all parts of the health system from the perspective of staff can improve the organizational performance of the hospital.
