It results in the creation of strategies suitable to the ‌present changing business environment. Due to the failure of strategic plans and organizational ‌changes in more than half of organizations, it can be concluded that there might be a common ‌cause for these failures. The goal of the present study was to assess the relationship between ‌readiness to change and strategic thinking in managers of social security hospitals of Isfahan, Iran, ‌based on the Liedtka model including the five elements of systemic thinking, intensive focus, ‌hypothesis approach, intelligent opportunism, and thinking in time. Methods: This practical, analytical, and correlative research was conducted using the Strategic Thinking ‌Assessment Questionnaire (α = 87.3) and Readiness to Dunhaim Change Assessment ‌Questionnaire (α = 84) in 2013. The participants consisted of 94 head, intermediate, and ‌operational managers of social security hospitals in Isfahan. Our response rate was 85% (80 ‌questionnaire). Data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation and regression analysis in SPSS ‌software. Results: Strategic thinking (Pearson coefficient = 0.25) (P < 0.02) and its elements based on the Liedtka ‌model, including systemic thinking (Pearson coefficient = 0.28) (P < 0.01), intensive focus (Pearson coefficient = 0.24) (P < 0.03), and intelligent opportunism (Pearson coefficient = 0.22) (P < 0.04), had a meaningful relationship with readiness to change. However, the findings ‌revealed no significant relationship between hypothesis approach (Pearson coefficient = 0.18) (P ‌‌< 0.01) and thinking in time (Pearson coefficient = 0.10) (P < 0.2), and readiness to change. Conclusion: Since there was an overall relationship between most elements of strategic thinking and readiness ‌to change among the managers in this study, education and development of strategic thinking may ‌enhance readiness to change among managers of institutions.}, keywords = {Strategic Thinking,Managers,hospital,Social Security}, title_fa = {رابطه تفکر راهبردی با آمادگی تغییر در مدیران بیمارستان‌های تأمین اجتماعی اصفهان}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: ﺗﻔﻜﺮ راهبردی که معماری هنرمندانه استراتژی بر مبنای خلاقیت و فهم کسب و کار مدیران است، منجر به ﺧﻠﻖ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋی مناسب در ﻣﺤﻴﻂ متلاطم ﻛﺴﺐ و ﻛﺎر اﻣﺮوزی می‌شود. عدم موفقیت برنامه‌های راهبردی و تغییر سازمانی در بیش از نیمی از سازمان‌ها می‌تواند این سؤال را در ذهن ایجاد کند که شاید عنصر مشترکی مسؤول این عدم موفقیت‌ها باشد. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی ارتباط بین آمادگی سازمان برای تغییر و تفکر راهبردی مدیران بیمارستان‌های تأمین اجتماعی اصفهان بر اساس مؤلفه‌های مدل Liedtka شامل عناصر تفکر سیستمیک، عزم فشرده، پیشروی بر اساس فرضیه سازی، فرصت‌طلبی هوشمندانه و تفکر در زمان پرداخت. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر یک تحقیق کاربردی تحلیلی و از نوع مطالعات همبستگی بود که با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه دو بخشی سنجش تفکر راهبردی (شامل 29 سؤال با ضریب Cronbach¢s alpha برابر با 3/87 درصد) و سنجش آمادگی به تغییر Dunhaim (شامل 18 سؤال با ضریب Cronbach¢s alpha برابر با 84 درصد) انجام شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه توسط متخصصان از طریق اعتبار محتوا مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. پژوهش بر روی همه 94 مدیر ارشد، میانی و عملیاتی بیمارستان‌های تأمین اجتماعی اصفهان (به صورت سرشماری) در زمستان سال 1392 صورت گرفت و با نرخ بازگشت 85 درصد، 80 پرسش‌نامه پاسخ داده شده با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی Pearson و تحلیل رگرسیون در نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه تحلیل گردید. یافته‌ها: بین تفکر راهبردی (ضریب Pearson = 25/0، 02/0 > P) و عناصر آن طبق مدل Liedtka مشتمل بر تفکر سیستمیک (ضریب Pearson = 28/0، 01/0 > P)، عزم راهبردی (ضریب Pearson = 24/0، 03/0 > P) و فرصت‌طلبی هوشمندانه (ضریب Pearson = 22/0، 04/0 > P) مدیران و آمادگی برای تغییر رابطه معنی‌داری وجود داشت، اما بین متغیرهای پیشروی بر اساس فرضیه (ضریب Pearson = 18/0، 01/0 > P) و تفکر در زمان (ضریب Pearson = 10/0، 20/0 > P) با آمادگی برای تغییر مدیران رابطه معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‌گیری: از آن‌جایی که ارتباط کلی معنی‌داری بین تفکر راهبردی و اغلب عناصر آن با آمادگی برای تغییر در مدیران وجود دارد، آموزش و توسعه تفکر راهبردی می‌تواند آمادگی به تغییر در مدیران سازمان‌ها را بهبود بخشد.}, keywords_fa = {تفکر راهبردی,مدیران,بیمارستان‌ها,تأمین اجتماعی}, url = {https://him.mui.ac.ir/article_11502.html}, eprint = {https://him.mui.ac.ir/article_11502_68158cc8f6116c5de0ba1b07a74b756c.pdf} }
