The required data were gathered from the information resources published in Iran in the field of nuclear medicine indexed in the International Nuclear Information System (INIS) repository from 1985 to 2019. The seven-step method of Noy and McGuinnes was used to construct the ontology, and the Na and Neo knowledge engineering approach was employed to extract the semantic relationships between the concepts.Results: The nuclear medicine ontology included 224 concepts, 1584 axioms, 463 conceptual pairs, 926 object properties, and 817 annotative properties derived from the related information resources indexed in the INIS repository. The existing relationships between the conceptual pairs were refined and enriched and described in terms of object and annotative properties.Conclusion: Nuclear medicine ontology is an effective tool for knowledge representation in the field of nuclear medicine. The method used to extract the concepts of the field and enrich the relationships between the concepts could be the basis for enriching the relations of the INIS thesaurus and creating a basic ontology in the nuclear field.}, keywords = {Biomedical Ontologies,Nuclear Medicine,Information Systems}, title_fa = {طراحی و پیاده‌سازی هستان‌شناسی پزشکی هسته‌ای}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: با توجه به نقش مهم هستان‌شناسی‌ها در سازماندهی اطلاعات و افزایش کارایی نظام‌های بازیابی اطلاعات از یک‌ سو و توسعه روزافزون حوزه پزشکی هسته‌ای و رشد دامنه مفاهیم آن و نیاز به یکپارچه‌سازی، جمع‌آوری منسجم و تعریف به دور از ابهام روابط میان آن‌ها از سوی دیگر، پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و پیاده‌سازی هستان‌شناسی حوزه پزشکی هسته‌ای انجام شد.روش‌ بررسی: این مطالعه به روش تحلیل حوزه انجام گردید. داده‌های مورد نیاز از منابع اطلاعاتی منتشر شده در حوزه پزشکی هسته‌ای که در بازه زمانی سال‌های 1364 تا 1398 در مخزن سیستم بین‌المللی اطلاعات هسته‌ای INIS (International Nuclear Information System) نمایه شده و در ایران انتشار یافته بود، استفاده شد. برای ساخت هستان‌شناسی از روش هفت مرحله‌ای Noy و McGuinnes و به منظور استخراج روابط معنایی بین مفاهیم، از رویکرد مهندسی دانش Na و Neo استفاده گردید.یافته‌ها: هستان‌شناسی حاضر شامل 224 مفهوم، 1584 اصل موضوعی، 149 نمونه مستقر در کلاس‌ها، 463 جفت مفهومی، 926 رابط شیء و 817 رابطه تفسیری برگرفته از منابع اطلاعاتی مرتبط با حوزه مورد بررسی نمایه ‌شده در مخزن INIS بود. روابط موجود بین جفت‌های مفهومی، پالایش و غنی‌سازی و در قالب روابط شیء و روابط تفسیری توصیف گردید.نتیجه‌گیری: هستان‌شناسی حاضر می‌تواند ابزار کارامدی در بازنمون دانش حوزه پزشکی هسته‌ای باشد. همچنین، روش استفاده ‌‌شده جهت استخراج مفاهیم حوزه و غنی‌سازی روابط میان مفاهیم، می‌تواند ‌مبنایی برای غنی‌سازی روابط اصطلاح‌نامه INIS و ایجاد هستان‌شناسی پایه در حوزه هسته‌ای باشد.}, keywords_fa = {هستان‌شناسی‌های زیستی,پزشکی هسته‌ای,نظام‌های اطلاعاتی}, url = {https://him.mui.ac.ir/article_11791.html}, eprint = {https://him.mui.ac.ir/article_11791_f556af760cb1702640276e189f137209.pdf} }
