However, achieving this goal was accompanied with increasing costs per bed and resulted inincreased total costs of the hospital after outsourcing. In addition, the intangible changes in internalcustomer satisfaction with the performance of non-governmental sector have been achieved.Conclusion: While outsourcing should bring about staff and patients' satisfaction and increase theefficiency and effectiveness, outsourcing nursing workforce strategy led to severe loss of efficiency.Therefore, the adopted strategy did not meet the productivity for the hospital}, keywords = {Outsourcing,Nursing Services,Hospitals}, title_fa = {ارزیابی برون‌سپاری خدمات پرستاری در بیمارستان آیت‌اله کاشانی اصفهان}, abstract_fa = {م قدمه: ضرورت تمرکز نهاد بیمارستان بر روی فعالیت‌های اصلی امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر می‌باشد. از طرفی حساسیت مکانیسم پایش و نظارت جهت حفظ و ارتقای سطح کیفی خدمات برون‌سپاری شده مانع از بروز مشکلات جدیدی در این عرصه می‌گردد. بنابراین در این مطالعه به ارزیابی برون‌سپاری خدمات پرستاری از جنبه‌های مختلف پرداخته شده است. روش بررسی: این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی و کاربردی به صورت موردی (قبل و بعد) می‌باشد. جامعه‌ی پژوهش خدمات پرستاری بخش‌های بالینی (گوش و حلق و بینی، جراحی اعصاب) مرکز آموزشی درمانی آیت‌اله کاشانی اصفهان و زمان آن سال 1388 بود. داده‌ها از طریق پرسش‌نامه (رضایت مشتریان داخلی) و مصاحبه‌ی نیمه ساختمند با مسؤولان برون‌سپاری و همچنین از طریق بررسی مستندات و مدارک مالی و اداری مرتبط با موضوع استخراج شده‌اند. روایی ابزار با استفاده از فرم استاندارد دانشگاه در زمینه‌ی رضایت‌سنجی و پایایی بر اساس محاسبه‌ی Cronbach’ Alpha مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تحلیل آماری یافته‌ها با استفاده از برنامه‌ی SPSS انجام شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از افزایش نیروی کارشناس پرستاری از 29/0 به 36/0 به ازای هر تخت در راستای هدف اصلی برون‌سپاری می‌باشد. اما دستیابی به این هدف همراه با افزایش هزینه‌ی تمام شده‌ی هر تخت و در نتیجه، افزایش هزینه‌ی کل بخش بعد از برون‌سپاری برای بیمارستان می‌باشد. تعداد کل پرسنل به ازای هر تخت افزایش یافته و از 7/0 به 92/0 رسیده است. همچنین تغییرات نامحسوسی در رضایت مشتریان داخلی از عملکرد بخش غیر دولتی حاصل گردیده است. نتیجه‌گیری: در حالی‌که کاهش تصدی باید همراه با افزایش رضایت سایر کارکنان و بیماران و همچنین کارایی و اثربخشی باشد، استراتژی تأمین نیروی پرستاری خارج از سازمان مذکور منجر به افت شدید کارایی گردد. بنابراین استراتژی اتخاذ شده، بهره‌وری لازم را برای بیمارستان به ارمغان نیاورده است. }, keywords_fa = {برون‌سپاری,خدمات پرستاری,بیمارستان‌ها}, url = {https://him.mui.ac.ir/article_12189.html}, eprint = {https://him.mui.ac.ir/article_12189_4b3492a5a5ccefcc215ee02b731d597b.pdf} }
