Considering the time and space limitations in providing research and technology information and consulting services, the Vice-Chancellor for Research and Technology of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences has been launching online consulting services in various fields of health research and technology for researchers and technologists since 1400. After a needs assessment and determining the areas requiring consulting, experts and faculty members willing to provide consulting services were identified, and then the criteria for providing consulting services were developed and approved. This service was implemented in the Research Assistant Research Management System.
