This study was conducted<br>with the aim of developing a user-centered mobile educational application and preliminarily evaluating user satisfaction with it.<br>Methods: This product-oriented study was carried out based on the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development,<br>Implementation, and Evaluation). In the analysis phase, a qualitative needs assessment was performed through semi-structured<br>interviews with 15 counseling specialists and young couples. Data were collected using standardized questionnaires and analyzed<br>with SPSS version 26.<br>Results: The mean (SD) age of participants was 24.11 (4.1) years. All participants (100%) believed that the application created<br>value for users by saving time and money, improving knowledge, and enhancing healthcare. Additionally, 68.1% stated that the<br>application effectively helped them accomplish premarital education tasks and achieve their goals, and 100% would recommend<br>the application to others who might benefit from it.<br>Conclusion: The developed educational application demonstrated high usability and user satisfaction.
