Introduction: Medical centers directly affect the health of the individual and the community; quick and inexpensive access to these centers is important and necessary in urban communities. Site selection of health centers is highly important such that it could improve the well-being of residents and their health. Therefore, the aim of this study was to identify the criteria for suitable locations with priority for the construction of new treatment centers in Maragheh, Iran.Methods: This research is a descriptive-analytical study carried out in Maragheh in 2017. The information required in this research has been obtained through library resources, field observations and user maps obtained from the city's municipality. Data analysis was performed using ArcGis and the Expert Choice Analytical Hierarchy Process software programs.Results: The criterion of proximity to residential centers with a weight of 0.190 and the distance from the existing treatment centers with a weight of 0.150 had the highest effect on the construction of new centers. Also, by overlapping the layers of fifteen criteria, in the end, different zones including very suitable, suitable, relatively suitable, inappropriate and very inappropriate sites were identified for the construction of new treatment centers.Conclusion: The existing treatment centers in Maragheh were not properly distributed, which could have an important role in the health of the residents of the regions without medical centers. In this regard, the ability of geographical information system (GIS) was determined in selecting a proper site for treatment centers.

Introduction: Discharge of patients with personal satisfaction is one of the problems in treatment systems all over the world, which causes the recession and ultimately leads to jobs and poor financial health centers. This study, presents ranking of causes of discharge of patients with personal satisfaction in treatment centers in the city of Yazd.Methods: This study is a cross-sectional, descriptive analysis. The sample size is equal to 174 of 9896 patients, who have been discharged from hospitals with personal satisfaction. We also asked six expert's opinion. The method of Sampling from patients is stratified randomization and from experts is census. In order to data analyzing of patients, we have used the SPSS16 software and Chi-square Test, and for data analyzing of experts we have used Microsoft Excel 2010 and Fuzzy AHP Technique.Results: The most important causes of discharge patients in order of preference are as follows; financial difficulties and the cost of treating patients (36/2%), Sense of recovery (27/8%), Tired of hospital environment and Prolongation of treatment duration (18/4%), and from expert’s view, the most important cause is: those causes related to the crews and hospital staff.Conclusion: According to studies carried out in Iran, the rate of discharge is high compared to other countries mostly due to causes related to the patient. The clinical social workers, patient awareness of potential complications and make good and pleasant atmosphere for patient, in order to increase the level of personal satisfaction, should be considered as priorities. Administrators can also use the Fuzzy AHP technique to prioritize causes and then give the priority plan.

Introduction: The most important aspect of management is service quality and the first strategy in the world can be considered as customer service oriented. This study attempts to clarify the factors affecting the quality of health services using a combination approach of Fuzzy AHP - TOPSIS to rank teaching hospitals of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. Methods: According to purpose of this research the method was applied and descriptive survey. The population of research was teaching hospitals of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences and four teaching hospital of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences were selected with non-random sampling method And a standard questionnaire by a team of experts has been completed. At first according to fuzzy hierarchical analysis, the importance of service quality standards was defined and by the TOPSIS method the hospitals were ranked. Results were analyzed using Excel software. Results: Research findings suggest that the Hospital C, Hospital B, Hospital A and hospitals D were ranked in order of the first quarter. Conclusion: Results from this study for managers will be very instrumental. Its place in society can properly recognize and apply strategies to maintain or improve it.
