چکیده

مقدمه: افراد شاغل در حوزه پزشکی با مسائل اطلاعاتی مهم و مشترکی مواجه هستند که رفع آن‌ها نیازمند وجود اطلاعات دقیق، معتبر و قابل اعتمادی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی پژوهش‌های علمی نیازهای اطلاعاتی حوزه پزشکی به شیوه مروری است.
روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر به صورت مروری دامنه‌ای در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی داخلی وخارجی بدون محدودیت بازه زمانی انجام شد. کُل مقالات بازیابی شده 1283 رکورد بود که پس از بررسی‌ها و تحلیل محتوا و حذف موارد غیرکاربردی و مواردی که دسترسی به متن کامل آن‌ها امکان پذیر نبود، 54 مقاله و پایان‌نامه مورد بررسی نهایی قرارگرفت. مقالات به دست آمده به روش توصیفی و تحلیل محتوا دسته‌بندی و تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: مهمترین دلایل به وجود آوردنده نیازهای اطلاعاتی در دانشجویان، تکالیف آموزشی؛ در اعضای هیأت علمی، روزآمدسازی اطلاعات، در بین پرستاران و پزشکان، نیازهای آموزشی؛ و در بین بیماران نیازهای خود مراقبتی بود. مهمترین نیازهای‌ اطلاعاتی در بین دانشجویان و اعضای هیأت علمی نیازهای آموزشی، در بین متخصصان پزشکی و بیماران، اطلاعات داروئی بود. مهمترین موانع رفع نیازهای اطلاعاتی در بین دانشجویان و اعضای هیأت علمی به ترتیب عدم دسترسی به شبکه اینترنت و عدم اشتراک منابع آنلاین بود. فقدان مهارت‌های اطلاع‌یابی و عدم دسترسی به تجهیزات شبکه‌ای به ترتیب مهمترین موانع رفع نیازهای اطلاعاتی پرستاران و پزشکان و بیماران بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: نیازهای آموزشی، بروزرسانی دانش و نیازهای خودمراقبتی مهمترین دلایل به وجود آورنده نیازهای اطلاعاتی است که جهت رفع آن اشتراک پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی، غنی‌سازی منابع کتابخانه‌ها و فراهم کردن تجهیزات شبکه‌ای جهت دسترسی بایستی در اولویت قرار گیرد.

Abstract: Introduction & Objective: Identifying and meeting people's information needs plays an important role in their health and well-being. The aim of the current research is to analyze the scientific researches of the information needs of the medical domain by a systematic review method.

Methods: The data required for this research is obtained from the search in the internal databases, it was extracted without time limit filter. The total number of retrieved articles was 1283 records, from which 164 articles and theses were selected after the reviews and content analysis. The obtained articles were categorized and analyzed by descriptive method and content analysis.

Results: The most important reasons for the existence of information needs in students, educational assignments; In faculty members, updating information, among nurses and physicians, educational needs; And among the patients, self-care needs were. The most important information needs among students and faculty members were educational needs, among medical professionals and patients, drug information. The most important obstacles to meeting the information needs of students and faculty members were respectively the lack of access to the Internet and the lack of sharing online resources. The lack of information seeking skills and the lack of access to network equipment were the most important obstacles to meet the information needs of nurses, physicians and patients, respectively.

Conclusion: Educational needs and knowledge updating are the most important reasons for creating information needs, and in order to solve them, sharing databases, enriching library resources and providing network equipment for access should be prioritized.
