چکیده

مقدمه: لازمه بوجود آمدن یک جامعه مطلوب تأمین سلامت با کیفیت زندگی مطلوب است. برای نیل به این هدف، نظام سلامت کشور، نقشه جامع علمی سلامت را تدوین نموده­است. پژوهش­ در زمینه بررسی حیطه­های مورد پژوهش در پرستاری بسیار محدود است درحالیکه مطالعه در این زمینه می­تواند گامی بزرگ در جهت ارتقا نظام سلامت کشور باشد.پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان همخوانی پژوهش­های انجام شده در پرستاری با نقشه جامع علمی سلامت انجام شده است.روش بررسی: در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی از نوع کاربردی، پایان نامه­های مقطع کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری مامایی تبریز در سال 1392 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جامعه همان نمونه­های مورد پژوهش بود که تعداد 135 پایانامه به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده شامل چک لیست ارزیابی پایانامه­ها بود. روایی ابزار به روش روایی محتوی و با نظرخواهی از اساتید دانشکده پرستاری مامایی تعیین شد. داده­ها در نرم افزار spss18، بااستفاده از آمار توصیفی( فراوانی و درصد) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته­ها: مطابقت یافته­های حاصل با نقشه جامع سلامت، نشان می­دهد که بیشترین (60 درصد) پژوهش­های پرستاری انجام شده در سطح ارائه خدمات بود. همچنین مطالعات انجام یافته در سطوح جامعه و فرد-خانواده از نظر تعداد برابر می­باشند. در بررسی حوزه­های اولویت­دار نیز بیشترین (7/82 درصد) پژوهش­های انجام شده مربوط به طبقه زیرساخت و کمترین (7/0 درصد) پژوهش مربوط به طبقه کمال بوده است.نتیجه­­گیری: بررسی پژوهش­های انجام شده در دانشکده­های علوم پزشکی و همخوانی آن­ها با عناصر نقشه جامع سلامت علاوه بر اینکه به عنوان شاخصی برای ارزیابی پیشرفت نقشه می­باشد بلکه می­تواند به عنوان یک خط مشی برای هدایت پژوهش ها انجام یافته در دانشکده­های علوم پزشکی تلقی گردد

Conformity of Nursing Researches with Comprehensive Health Plan of Iran: Case Study: Master's Theses and Ph.D. in Nursing of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: An ideal society needs to provide health with high quality life and to profit from a healthy environment. To achieve this goal, the health system of the country has compiled a comprehensive scientific health plan. Doing research on investigating study fields in nursing is limited while such studies could be a great step to improve country’s health system. The present study aims at investigating degree of conformity of previous researches in nursing system with country’s comprehensive scientific health plan.Methods: In this descriptive cross sectional study dissertations of MS and PHD degrees were investigated. The study samples were 135 PHD dissertations that were included in the study via counting. The study tool was a checklist to assess dissertations. This checklist was prepared through studying relevant texts. Content validity was determined by Faculty of Nursing. The data was analyzed using SPSS VER. 18 and descriptive statistics (frequency and percentage).Result: Comparing the findings with the comprehensive health plan showed that most of the nursing researches were in care giving field. Besides, the number of studies in the fields of society and person-family were equivalent. In the field of prior studies, the majority of researches were on basic level while the minority was on developmental level.Conclusion: Investigating previous researches in medical universities and their conformity to elements of the comprehensive health plan could be an index to evaluate development of the plan; besides it could be considered as a strategy to conduct previous researches in medical universities.
