Abstract

Introductions: implementing knowledge management. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effective recognition capabilities for efficient implementation of knowledge management in hospital. Methods: The research method was descriptive correlational . Tuesday Milad Hospital , Tehran's Vali rest Allah much and the critical role of service providers in terms of the amount of Social Security benefits (milad ) to cover insurance Armed Forces (Baghyatolla ) and due to its centrality (vali Asr ) were examined in this study as an example . In the present study, a questionnaire was used to open and close in two phases .‌ illation method of descriptive statistics and Lizrel and Spss version 19 software was used....   Result: The results showed that the implementation of more efficient knowledge management system components (IT capabilities of the organizational culture and structure, elements and element management capabilities, knowledge management process) there is a significant relationship at the 95% level. Knowledge management capabilities as well as the intensity between 874/0 relative to other factors is a priority.   Conclusion:  apply knowledge management in these hospitably with all of these elements (Culture-IT-Management Element- Element ability process )can do it and efficiency of knowledge management need to all of these and if one of them elements no in backbone or don’t support by System knowledge management apply have problem. any way for optimize management in   theses hospitably need to this elements.  Keywords: Knowledge Management; Organizational Structure; Competence; Hospitals.
