Introduction: After the establishment of the Integrated Health System (SIB) with the aim of collecting people's health information and creating an electronic health record for the general public, the necessity of evaluating users' views on its function, goals and characteristics doubled and the present study was carried out. Methods: It was a descriptive research that was conducted on 30 experts of electronic health records (leaders) of medical sciences universities across the country. A cluster method was used for sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire made by the researcher, whose validity (reliability) was estimated to the extent of... and its index... It was measured through content validation and with...Results: Participants in the study were 46.7% women and 53.3% men.The results of the present study in the Application section ("has applications and full implemented " 65.1%, has applications and incomplete performance 27.08%,has applications and not implemented 1.56% and"not application" 2.07%),Objectives("infrastructure" and full implementation 43.7%,Incomplete implementation 42.3%, not implemented 2.7% and "no infrastructure" 9.01%)and Characteristics ("has characteristics "and full implementation 48.55%,has characteristics and incomplete implementation 35.24%,has characteristics not implemented 2.37% and "no characteristics" 13.81%).Conclusion: From the point of view of the users, the system needs further development in terms of goals and features, so that by expanding it and creating the necessary infrastructure, the electronic health record can be formed for the general public. In the application section, this system was at a relatively acceptable level. Also, the educational field and work experience of the apple system experts are very important; Because the lack of familiarity of employees with international standards and inappropriate training of personnel leads to incorrect use of information, which as a result affects managerial and clinical decisions.

Introduction: Blockchain technology has emerged as the fourth industrial revolution in recent years, which can facilitate the management and exchange of patient records by developing a new infrastructure. A review of the literature indicates the lack of studies and the need for further study of the factors affecting the adoption of this technology in the healthcare industry. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to prioritize the factors related to the adoption of blockchain technology in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Methods: In this descriptive study, 15 factors related to blockchain adoption in EHR systems were identified by reviewing the scientific literature. Then, these factors were validated by 17 experts who were selected by targeted sampling method and divided into five categories: technological, legal, financial, environmental and organizational. Finally, the weight of each criterion was determined by the fuzzy best-worst method and the consistency of experts’ opinions was evaluated. Results: According to the judgments of experts, the legal criterion with 32 percent was identified as the most important factor in the adoption of blockchain technology in EHR systems. In addition, security and privacy (16.66 percent), compliance with legal requirements (13.10 percent), compliance with changes in laws (12.22 percent), incentives and rewards (7.01 percent) and standardization (6.87 percent) were identified as five most important sub-criteria in the adoption of the technology, respectively. Conclusion: With the help of the factors identified in this study and the weights determined for each of them, a method can be developed to assess the level of readiness of healthcare providers in adopting blockchain technology in EHR systems.

Introduction: Introduction: Today, Iran's health tourism supply chain has faced many disturbances, which highlights its resilience. This study endeavored to identify the critical factors of health tourism supply chain resilience, classifying them based on resilience stages, and presenting their conceptual model. Methods: This qualitative study was done in 2 stages. Initially, the critical factors of supply chain resilience have been identified based on the four stages of resilience. In the second stage, a model for them has been presented. The participants in both stages are experts. The method of sampling is purposive, followed by the snowball method. The number of participants in first and second stages are 18 and 10, respectively. The method of data collection is semi-structured interviews and interactive management approach. The method of data analysis is thematic analysis and fuzzy cognitive map, respectively. Results: Based on the interviews, 67 critical success factors for resilience were identified, which were categorized into 20 categories. The results revealed that training, information management and coordination and cooperation have the most out degree. Market management, supplier relationship management and supply chain design have the most in degree. Supplier relationship management, coordination, and cooperation as well as planning ability have the highest degree of centrality..Conclusion: Providing appropriate training, especially in the areas of problem-solving and decision-making skills, reducing uncertainty in government decisions and approaches, upgrading information infrastructure and software, are important ways to enhance the resilience of the health tourism supply chain.

Introduction: With the leap in the development of information technology and social media, seeking health information online has become popular. This study endeavors to provide an analysis of users 'health-seeking information behavior in the web environment, based on Bates' developed model. Methods: This applied study has been done by an analytical survey method. The data collection instrument was an online researcher-made questionnaire (sensitive to the differentiation of respondents) developed with inspiration from the research by Dow and her colleagues, which was enacted by 10 Faculty members of Iranian universities of medical sciences. The sample consisted of 72 individuals with bachelor's degrees and higher who were selected by volunteer sampling method. Non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis and Spearman tests were used. Results: Approximately, 48% of the members of the research sample had a "scrutinizing" approach to their health question and 31% had a "direct and active (searching)" approach according to Bates' developed information model. These two information-seeking approaches were more prevalent (compared to "engineering" and "basic sciences" disciplines) among those who had worked or studied in the field of "social sciences and humanities" for at least one year .There was a significant difference between "occupation" and "online health information-seeking behavior based on the Bates' model". However, there was no significant difference between "age" and "level of education" and their health information-seeking behavior (March 2022).Conclusion: Dow's model (based on the Bates developed seeking information model) can be used and be efficient in the health research to analyze the information seeking behavior of different groups.
