Abstract

Introduction: In any organization particularly in health care centers, the clients' satisfaction provides the conditions to achieve the pre-determined objectives. One of the ways to get the clients' satisfaction is to follow the clients' Takrim plan. To this end, in this article, the clients' Takrim plan was studied in health centers affiliated with oil industry organization. Methods and materials: It was a descriptive study in which a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data in ten health centers affiliated with oil industry organization. The researcher also had interviews with financial vice-chancellors in these health centers based on a checklist and observed the documents available regarding the clients' Takrim plan. Results: The highest score obtained for administering the clients' Takrim plan was 68% and the lowest score was 63%. Conclusion: In general, the clients' Takrim plan was administered in health centers affiliated with oil industry organization at an average level in Isfahan in 2005.
