Abstract

Introduction: Knowledge management is one of the most important implements for organization's success in data age and competition situations. Nowadays, the notability (importance) of subject is to the extent that some of the organizations measure their available knowledge and reflect these measurements in reports as organization's mental investment and as an index for organization's classification. Organization's viewpoints are gradually turned from national extension to developed human. Medical universities are pioneers for society's health, achievement of modern scientific and investigation results and knowledge management's settlement in organic system have duplicated significance. Methods: Existing research method was a descriptive of measurement type and from scope branch. In this study, statistic society included employees in 7 university staff assistance with diploma educational degree and upper degrees and scientific board members. The number of statistic society's staff was 1268 and among this statistic society 295 units were randomly selected. Results: After assessing the hypothesis of research among sample like knowledge identity, acquisition, expansion, participation and distribution, benefiting and storage, the obtained outcomes display a weak level in every six process of knowledge management and all fields for its settlement in Isfahan University of Medical Science. Conclusion: Nowadays, one of the most important challenges which governmental organizations are confronted is the usage of organic knowledge and its application with modern management's implement such as knowledge management considering right usage which makes the organization put in existing competitions situations and provide their success preliminary.
