Health librarians, due to the nature of their work, the diversity of users' requests and the diversity of their information needs, along with the possible challenges ahead, it is necessary to benefit from artificial intelligence literacy more than before and be leaders in this field. In this regard, some researchers have proposed a model for artificial intelligence literacy, which consists of three foundations of functional literacy, social literacy and technological literacy. The main purpose of functional literacy is education. It means that he can teach in the library and receive training for his growth and development. As societies become more complex and information needs change more and more and information sources become more diverse, reading and writing need the ability to understand society beyond just decoding text. In this way, the need to have social literacy shows itself with a critical understanding of social phenomena. In modern society, the ability to use technology has become a basic ability required for communication. In fact, health librarians should have the ability to accept and use technology and accept what is popular in the society, learn and use it in order to provide services. As such, increasing and strengthening artificial intelligence literacy for health librarians is a very important effort to ensure the success of future libraries. Libraries that will be challenged by the emergence of artificial intelligence, low-quality service provision, and the abilities of their librarians.

AbstractIntroduction: The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of AI literacy on the job performance of medical librarians, with a focus on the mediating role of individual creativity among managers, administrative staff, and heads of medical science libraries affiliated with the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education in Tehran. Methodology: This research is descriptive and survey-based, and given its purpose, it is applied in nature. The statistical population consists of medical science faculty members at Tehran University. Due to the limited size of the population, no sampling method was used, and the entire population, comprising 176 individuals, was included through census sampling. The reliability of the instruments was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha test, and their validity was confirmed through convergent and divergent validity. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical indicators, such as frequency distribution, and inferential statistics, utilizing structural equation modeling with Smart PLS. Findings: The results showed that AI literacy has a positive and significant impact on task and contextual performance but a negative impact on counterproductive work behavior. Additionally, AI literacy positively affects individual creativity, which, in turn, has a positive and significant effect on job performance. Conclusion: The findings indicated that individual creativity acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between AI literacy and job performance.

Introduction: Telemedicine is the provision of remote health care by specialists using information and communication technology for better disease management and research. This study aimed to determine the level of physicians' knowledge and attitudes towards telemedicine technology. Methods: This was a descriptive-cross-sectional study conducted in 2024. The statistical population of the study was physicians working in two hospitals in Taft City. Since the number of physicians in both hospitals was 62, sampling was not performed. The data collection tool was a pre-designed standard questionnaire consisting of 6 dimensions and 48 items. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were evaluated by experts (Cronbach's alpha = 87%). After completing the questionnaires, descriptive data analysis was performed using SPSS software. Results: The response rate in this study was 81%. The results showed that although most physicians had low knowledge about this technology (56%) and did not have a positive attitude, most of them had a good understanding of issues related to security (90%) and the ease of using telemedicine technology (72%). Also, they understood the advantages and disadvantages of telemedicine at an average level. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that physicians' knowledge and attitudes towards telemedicine technology are poor. Accordingly, the use of educational interventions to create awareness among physicians is essential. Keywords: Knowledge, understanding, attitude, telemedicine, physicians

**Introduction:** Early detection of COVID-19 plays a crucial role in reducing mortality. With its ability to analyze large volumes of medical data, artificial intelligence (AI) can aid in the rapid and accurate diagnosis of this disease. This review study aims to assess the performance of AI models in detecting COVID-19.**Methods:** A systematic search was conducted in the PubMed, Scopus, and WOS databases, yielding 143 relevant articles. The studies were analyzed based on the type of input data, algorithms used, performance evaluation metrics, the presentation of clinical rules, and the clinical validation of the models. Additionally, 451 review and meta-analysis articles were examined to determine the extent to which these algorithms have been integrated into clinical guidelines.**Results:** The input data in the articles consisted of clinical records, medical images, and audio processing. More than 96% of the algorithms were found to be black-box models, lacking clinical validation by specialists. However, the average performance of these models was reported to be above 90%. The review of meta-analysis articles revealed that none of the algorithms had undergone formal clinical evaluation; only their performance on available data was assessed.**Conclusion:** The review of studies shows that AI performs well in COVID-19 detection but faces limitations, including lack of explainability, reliance on training data, and the absence of extensive clinical evaluations. The development of white-box models and conducting broad clinical studies are crucial for ensuring the widespread acceptance of these algorithms in clinical settings.
