چکیده
مقدمه: در اغلب شهرها عدم تخصیص متناسب فضا و مکان‌گزینی بهینه‌ی عناصر خدماتی و کالبدی شهر، به ویژه خدمات درمانی(بیمارستان و درمانگاه) و عوامل مؤثر در مکان‌یابی این مراکز، افزایش روز افزون مشکلات شهری و شهروندان را به دنبال داشته و دارد. هدف پژوهشگران در این مقاله مشخص کردن نواحی محروم از خدمات مذکور به منظور تخصیص امکانات بهداشتی با اولویت زمانی در مناطق چهارده‌گانه شهر اصفهان بوده است. روش بررسی: نوع مطالعه تحلیلی و جامعه‌ی پژوهش بیمارستان‌ها و درمانگاه‌های شهر اصفهان در سال 1390 بود. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش میدانی استفاده شد. اطلاعات بدست آمده در محیطArcMap وارد شد و با بهره‌گیری از امکانات این سامانه به تعیین شعاع عملکردی و بررسی توزیع فضایی بیمارستان‌ها، درمانگاه‌ها و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌هاپرداخته شد. در نهایت از تکنیک تاپسیس جهت رتبه‌بندی مناطق استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: اختلافاتی بین مناطق چهاده‌گانه شهر اصفهان در زمینه‌ی برخورداری از خدمات بیمارستانی و درمانگاهی وجود داشت. این اختلاف درخصوص خدمات بیمارستانی بسیار بیشتر بود، به‌گونه‌ای که از 29 بیمارستان مورد بررسی 20 بیمارستان در سه منطقه 1، 3 و 5 قرار داشت، این درحالی است که مناطق4، 9، 11 و 13 شهر فاقد بیمارستان بودند. در بین مناطق شهر، منطقه‌ی 1 شهری به عنوان منطقه‌ی بسیار برخوردار و منطقه‌ی 10 به عنوان منطقه‌ی فرو برخوردار مشخص شد. نتیجه‌گیری: تعداد خدمات مذکور در شهر اصفهان به اندازه‌ی کافی است، اما توزیع فضایی مناسبی ندارد. در نتیجه دسترسی‌ها به این مکان‌ها به‌خوبی صورت نمی‌گیرد. واژه‌های کلیدی: سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی؛ خدمات بهداشتی درمانی؛ بیمارستان‌ها

Introduction: In most cities, the proportional allocation of space, the optimal switching elements and services Physical and city services, especially health services (hospitals and clinics) and factors affecting the location of these centers, increasing urban problems for citizens. Our aim in this paper was to determine the allocation of health care services in deprived areas is the priority. Methods: Analytical methodology was used and the population of research was the health services centers (hospitals and clinics) at Isfahan in 2011. Field method is used for data collection. The possibilities of using geographic information system (GIS) and the radius of the function a land spatial distribution of hospitals, clinics and analysis-analyzing data and using the overlap index was attempted in this city. And finally to rank areas of the tactics used Tapsis Results: The differences between the three regions of Isfahan in hospital services and clinics there. Conclusion: Results showed that the services in Isfahan are adequate, but there is not good spatial distribution. . Keywords: Geographic Information Systems; Health Services; Hospitals
