اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر شاخص‌های بهره‌وری در بیمارستان نور و علی‌اصغر شهر اصفهان: تحلیل سلسله مراتبی

چکیده
مقدمه: اهمیت بهره‌وری و استفاده‌ی مطلوب از منابع محدود در بیمارستان‌ها، از مهمترین رسالت‌های مراکز درمانی به شمار می‌آید. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر شاخص بهره‌وری، به کمک تکنیک تحلیل سلسله مراتبی در مرکز آموزشی درمانی نور و علی اصغرانجام شده است. روش بررسی: این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی‌– مقطعی بود که در سال 1389 انجام شد. جامعه‌ی پژوهشی شامل مدیریت، ریاست، سوپروایزر آموزشی و مسؤولین کلیه‌ی بخش‌های بستری بیمارستان نور و علی اصغر اصفهان بودند که به صورت سرشماری تمامی آنها انتخاب شدند (25 نفر). ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه مقایسات زوجی بوده که روایی آن با نظر اساتید فن مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به وسیله‌ی نرم‌افزار Expert Choice انجام شد. یافته‌ها: در رابطه با شاخص طول مدت اقامت زیر معیار ترخیص در روزهای پایانی هفته با وزن نهایی(566/0) در شاخص ضریب اشغال تخت، زیر معیار ویزیت به موقع متخصص یا رزیدنت دارای بیشترین وزن نهایی (169/0) در شاخص عملکرد تخت، زیر معیار ویزیت به موقع متخصص یا رزیدنت با بیشترین وزن نهایی(210/0) و در شاخص هزینه‌ی تخت روز زیر معیار هزینه‌ی لوازم مصرفی و سرمایه ای با وزن نهایی(159/0) دارای بالاترین تأثیر بر شاخص بهروری بود. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر شاخص بهر‌وری در بیمارستان به منظور افزایش بهره‌وری، تدوین برنامه‌ی آموزشی مستمر برای کارکنان درمانی، توجه به تریاژ مناسب در بخش اورژانس، بکارگیری راهبردهای هزینه‌ی اثربخش در بیمارستان و راهبرد مدیریت نگهداشت تجهیزات بیمارستانی پیشنهاد می‌شود. واژه‌های کلیدی: بهره‌وری؛ بیمارستان‌ها؛ تکنیک تحلیل سلسله مراتبی

Introduction: Importance of productivity and optimal use of limited resource in hospitals is considered as the most important mission of health care centers. This study was done to determine effective factors about productivity index in Noor and Ali Asghar hospital in Esfahan base on hierarchical analysis technique. Methods: This is a descriptive -cross sectional study in 2010, in the hierarchical analysis process technique. The study population was Manager, Administrator, Supervisor, nursing managers, management of productivity in Noor and Ali Asghar hospital. Data collection tool was the paired comparisons questionnaire which formulated with the experts and scholars in this field (validity). Data analysis was done by Expert Choice software. Results: In relation to length of stay, patient discharge in weekend (0.566) had the most weight. In bed occupancy ratio index, timely professionals visit had the highest effect (0.169). Related to bed performance index, timely professionals visit (0.210) with the most Geometric mean had the highest effect. And finally in bed- days cost index, consumer and investment cost had the highest weight (0.159). Conclusion: According to effective factor on productivity indicator in hospital, Develop continuing education programs for health professionals, the appropriate triage in the emergency department, hospital equipment maintenance management and hospital cost effective implementation strategies is proposed.
