میزان تطابق وبلاگ‌های زنان، زایمان و مامایی با معیارهای منتخب

چکیده
مقدمه: وبلاگ‌ها که از امکانات وب محسوب می‌شوند، ابزاری برای ارسال مطالب در موضوعی خاص و تبادل اطلاعات و تعامل بین افراد می‌باشند. به دلیل حجم عظیم استفاده از اطلاعات پزشکی در اینترنت و نبود نظارت جامع بر کیفیت و صحت اطلاعات ارائه شده شایسته است تا کیفیت اطلاعات ارائه شده با معیارهایی سنجیده شود. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی میزان تطابق وبلاگ‌های حوزه‌ی زنان، زایمان و مامایی با معیارهای منتخب برای سنجش وبلاگ‌ها انجام شد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی، از دسته مطالعات وب‌سنجی بود. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها سیاهه وارسی (چک لیست) و جامعه‌ی مورد پژوهش شامل وبلاگ‌های فارسی زبان حوزه‌ی زنان، زایمان و مامایی از سه سرویس‌دهنده‌ی خدمات وبلاگ‌ها شامل بلاگفا (Blogfa)، پرشین بلاگ (Persianblog) و بلاگ اسکای (Blogsky) بود که در بخش جستجوی پیشرفته‌ی موتور جستجوی گوگل با اعمال محدودیت‌های موردنظر انتخاب شد. تمامی نتایج به دست آمده‌ مورد مشاهده‌ی مستقیم قرار گرفتند و تنها وبلاگ‌هایی که از شهریور 1389 تا زمان انجام جستجو (آذر1390) دارای پست بودند و در بین این پست‌ها حداقل پنج پست مرتبط با موضوع مورد بررسی وجود داشت، به‌عنوان جامعه‌ی مورد مطالعه انتخاب شدند که در نهایت 45 وبلاگ جهت بررسی برگزیده شدند. روش مورد بررسی مشاهده‌ی مستقیم بود. در این پژوهش داده‌های به‌دست آمده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه‌ی 16 و نرم‌افزار Excell مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: در تطابق وبلاگ‌های حوزه‌ی زنان، زایمان و مامایی با بیست و سه معیار منتخب، طبق یافته‌ها این وبلاگ‌ها در 9 معیار وضعیت نامناسب، در 9 معیار وضعیت مناسب و در 3 معیار وضعیت متوسطی داشت و در دو معیار به دلیل داده‌های فاصله‌ای امکان اظهار نظر وجود نداشت. وبلاگ» پزشکی بالینی «با کسب بالاترین امتیاز (65/1618 امتیاز) به عنوان وبلاگ برتر انتخاب شد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های به‌دست آمده در این مطالعه، وضعیت وبلاگ‌ها چندان رضایت‌بخش نیست و نظر به اهمیت نقش اطلاعات وبلاگ‌ها در افزایش آگاهی زنان و مادران، تلاش هر چه بیشتر مدیران جهت بهبود وضعیت وبلاگ‌ها را می‌طلبد. واژه‌های کلیدی: زنان (تخصص پزشکی)؛ زایمان؛ مامایی؛ وبلاگ؛ وب‌سنجی

The match of blogs in women, childbirth and midwifery subjects with selected criteria

چکیده English

Introduction: Weblogs as one of the web facilities, are used for information exchange and interaction between people. There is a wide variety of medical information on the internet and there is not adequate monitoring on the quality and accuracy of these information. It seems nessesary to measure the quality of these information with standards. The aim of this study was to compare Persian obstetrics, gynecology and  midwifery blogs with selected criteria Methods: In a descriptive study, Google advance search engine was searched for Persian obstetrics, gynecology and midwifery blogs and 45 blogs selected and evaluated by a checklist. The blogs selected from three blog Service Providers: Blogfa, Blogsky and Persianblog. All blogs with at least five posts related to obstetrics, gynecology and midwifery and meanwhile the posts that were released from Augest 2010 to December 2011 included to this webometric study. The data were analyzed using SPSS 16 and Excell software. Results: Comparing selected blogs with 23 criteria in the cheklist, showed that the rate of blogs was good in 9 criteria, bad in 9 criteria, fair in 3 criteria. It was impossible to comment in 2 criteria because of interval data. One of the blogs titled Pezeshki-e-Balini was the best blog with a highest score (1618.65). Conclusion: According to the results, Persian gynocological blogs suffer from poor qualification. Regarding the role of such information sources in improving women and mothers’ awareness, it seems that much more efforts and attention by managers to improve the quality of these blogs is essential.
