چکیده

مقدمه: استفاده‌ی بهینه از منابع یکی از اهداف اساسی هر سازمان است، بیمارستان‌ها به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین اجزای نظام سلامت، به دلیل مواجهه با افزایش هزینه‌ها و کمبود منابع، به دنبال استفاده‌ی بهینه از منابع می‌باشند. ارتقای بهره‌وری می‌تواند در رسیدن به این هدف بیمارستان‌ها را یاری نماید. از طرفی تعهد سازمانی یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل در ارتقای کیفیت خدمات در سازمان‌هاست. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط تعهد سازمانی و بهره‌وری انجام گرفت.  روش بررسی: پژوهش کاربردی، از نظر نحوه‌ی اجرا توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش کارکنان بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان مشتمل بر 8 بیمارستان دولتی و خصوصی بود. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای و حجم نمونه 192 نفر بود. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه‌ی بهره‌وری Goldsmith، تعهد سازمانی Allen-Meyer بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از میانگین، انحراف معیار، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیره استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: بین تعهد سازمانی و بهره‌وری با 000/0Pvalue= و 418/4=t ارتباط معنادار و مثبت وجود داشت. بین مولفه‌های تعهد سازمانی (تعهد مستمر، عاطفی و هنجاری) و بهره‌وری ارتباط معنادار و مثبت وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری‌: بایستی مدیران بیمارستان‌ها با شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر افزایش تعهد کارکنان به سازمان‌شان در پی ایجاد راه‌هایی برای افزایش بهره‌وری و در نتیجه کیفیت خدمات ارایه شده به بیماران باشند. واژه‌های کلیدی: بهره‌وری؛ تعهد سازمانی؛ بیمارستان‌ها؛ دانشگاه‌ها

Correlation between Organizational Commitment and Productivity in Staffs of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospitals

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Optimum resource utilization is one of the primary objectives of any organization. Hospitals as one of the most important elements of health systems, facing escalating costs and resources scarcity, are concerned with this issue as well. Productivity improvement can help hospitals to achieve this objective. Organizational commitment is the main factor to increasing quality in organizations. This study undertakes to investigation the correlation between organizational commitment and productivity. Methods: This research is a correlation study, the research society consisted of employees of Isfahan medical science universities hospitals. 192 employees were selected as a stratified random study. Data collection instrument were 2 questionnaires, one of them was Goldsmith questionnaire for measuring productivity, and another was Allen-Meyer questionnaire for measuring organizational commitment. The data were analyzed by SPSS. Pierson correlation coefficient and regression was used for analyzing data. Result: The result showed that there is positive relationship between organizational commitment and productivity (Pvalue=0/000, t=4/418). There is positive and meaningful relationship between components of organizational commitment (affective, continuance, normative) and productivity. There isn’t positive and meaningful relationship between components of productivity (ability, clarity, help, evaluation, validity and environment) and organizational commitment with the exception of incentive. Conclusion: Hospital manager must recognize effective factors for increseaing organizational commitment and perform some strategies for increasing productivity and quality.
