چکیده

مقدمه: همکاری علمی بین‌المللی یکی از زاویه‌های مهم همکاری علمی است که بررسی خصوصیات آن در میان محققان می‌تواند جنبه‌های تازه‏ای از رفتارهای ارتباط علمی آن‌ها را روشن نموده و در تدوین سیاست‌گذاری‏ها، مدیریت استراتژیک پژوهش و تسهیل همکاری به کار گرفته شود. در این راستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین همکاری علمی بین‌المللی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز بوده است. روش بررسی: روش پژوهش حاضر تحلیل استنادی و نوع مطالعه کاربردی بوده است. این مطالعه بر روی مقالات جستجو شده در پایگاه استنادی Web of Science  در بازه زمانی سال‏‏های 2011- 2005 میلادی انجام گرفته است. پس از بررسی و پالایش در برنامه Excel در نهایت تعداد 338 مقاله به دست آمد. یافته‏ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی ( نمودارهای فراوانی) و آمار استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن) در نرم‌افزار  Excel  تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: تعداد کل مقالات تألیف مشترک همکاری بین‌المللی در طول دوره مورد بررسی 338 عدد بوده است که برابر با 6/11 درصد کل مقالات نمایه شده در Web of Science (2893 عدد) بوده است. ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان‌دهنده رابطه‌ای مثبت میان نرخ رشد کل مقالات با مقالات تألیف مشترک بین‌المللی است (344/0rs= )0 بیشترین همکاری به ترتیب با ایالات متحده آمریکا، استرالیا و انگلستان بوده است. در مجموع 313 عضو هیأت علمی دانشگاه شیراز در چرخه تألیف مشترک بین‌المللی فعالیت داشته‏اند. نتیجه‌گیری:به طورکلی می‌توان گفت روند تألیفات مشترک بین‌المللی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در دوره مورد بررسی رو به افزایش بوده است. در عین حال، نسبت مقالات تألیف مشترک بین‌المللی در مقایسه با کل مقالات پایین است. از طرف دیگر، معنی‌دار نبودن رابطه میان افزایش تولیدات علمی و افزایش همکاری‌ها می‌تواند حاکی از آن باشد که رشد کل مقالات الزاماً معلول رشد مقالات تألیف مشترک بین‌المللی نیست. عکس این رابطه نیز می‌تواند صحیح باشد.

Introduction: International scientific collaboration is one of the important aspects of scientific collaboration and study of different aspects of it is conducive in demonstrating scientific communication behavior of faculty members. Findings of its study can be used in policy making, strategic management of research and paving the way for collaboration. Regarding that, this research is to study international scientific collaboration among Shiraz University of Medical Sciences faculty members. Method: Research method was citation analysis and research type was applied. This study was carries out on the articles published by researchers affiliated with Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in WOS from 2005–2011. Data were examined and modified in Excel which resulted into 338 records. Findings were analyzed with descriptive statistics (frequency charts) and inferential statistics (Spearman Correlation) in Excel software. Findings: Based on the results, there were 338 internationally published articles which constitute 11.6 percent of all of the articles (2893) published in WOS during 2005-2011. Spearman test of correlations showed a weak and non-significant positive correlation between the rate of the growth of all of the articles and internationally authored articles (rs: 0.344, p value= 0.544). The most number of collaborations were with US, Australia an England respectively. Overall, 313 faculty members wrote their articles with international collogues. Results: In general, the rate of internationally collaborated articles grew during the timed studied. However, the proportion of their growth in comparison to the growth of all articles is small. Non meaningful correlation between them could show that the growth of all articles is not a result of the growth of internationally collaborated articles and vice versa.
