چکیده

مقدمه: با ظهور تجارت الکترونیک و ارایه خدمات از طریق اینترنت، ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات تحت وب به یک دغدغه اصلی برای سازمان‌ها و مراکز خدماتی تبدیل شده است. بر همین اساس، هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر، تعیین کیفیت خدمات تحت وب در بخش بهداشت، درمان و رتبه‌بندی شش بیمارستان تخصصی تهران بود. روش بررسی: این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع کاربردی بود و جامعه آماری آن را شش بیمارستان تخصصی استان تهران تشکیل داد. ابزار مورد استفاده جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته بود که توسط کارشناسان مربوط در بیماستان‌های مورد مطالعه تکمیل گردید. در این راستا، ابتدا با استفاده از روش‌های دیمتل فازی (Decision making trial and evaluation laboratory یا DEMATEL) و تحلیل شبکه‌ای فازی، اهمیت معیارهای کیفیت خدمات تحت وب مورد محاسبه قرار گرفت و سپس بیمارستان‌ها با روش VIKOR (Vlse kriterijumsk optimizacija kompromisno resenje یا VIKOR) فازی رتبه‌بندی شد. یافته‌ها: معیار قابلیت اطمینان از نظر کارشناسان با وزن 32/0، به عنوان مهم‌ترین معیار در کیفیت خدمات تحت وب شناخته شد و معیار شکل ظاهری با وزن 038/0، دارای کمترین اهمیت بود. وب‌سایت بیمارستان (ب) با مقادیر 0، 2678/0 و 0827/0 به ترتیب برای شاخص VIKOR، سودمندی و نارضایتی، رتبه اول را کسب نمود. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، بیمارستان‌ها در خدمات تحت وب خود باید بر روی امنیت و حریم خصوصی کاربران تمرکز کنند؛ چرا که یکی از مهم‌ترین موارد برای بیمار، اطلاعات محرمانه او است. همچنین، بیمارستان‌ها باید در مقابل خدماتی که ارایه می‌دهند، مسؤولیت‌پذیر و پاسخگو باشند تا بیمار از صحت خدمات ارایه شده مطمئن باشد.

Introduction: With the advent of e-commerce and the provision of web-based services, assessing the quality of web-based ‎services has become a major concern for organizations and service centers. Therefore, the aim of this study was to ‎evaluate the quality of web-based health and treatment services and rank six specialized hospitals of Tehran, Iran. Methods: This was an applied descriptive study. The study population consisted of 6 specialized hospitals in Tehran. The data ‎collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire which was completed by experts in the related hospitals. For ‎this purpose, using fuzzy Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and fuzzy analytic ‎network process (ANP), the importance of the criteria of web-based services quality were calculated, and then, ‎hospitals were ranked using the fuzzy VIKOR method. Results: According to the findings, reliability (w = 0.32) was recognized as the most important criterion of the quality of web-‎based services. Furthermore, appearance (w = 0.038) was identified as the least important criterion. The website of ‎Hospital B with VIKOR, usefulness, and dissatisfaction indices of 0, 0.2678, and 0.0827, respectively, obtained the ‎first rank among the studied hospitals. Conclusion: Based on the results, hospital managers should focus on security and user privacy as the two main criteria of ‎quality of web-based services. Furthermore, hospitals should be responsible and accountable for the services they ‎deliver to patients.
