چالش‌های کاربرد وب 2 در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان

چکیده
مقدمه: ظهور فن‌آوری‌های وب 2، کتابخانه‌ها و خدمات آن‌ها را تحت تأثیر قرار‌ داده است. کتابخانه‌ها نیز به منظور ارتقای کیفیت خدمات خود، نیازمند استفاده از این فن‌آوری‌ها هستند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین چالش‌های کاربرد وب 2 در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان صورت گرفت.روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی بود و به روش مقطعی در سال 1394 انجام گردید. جامعه آماری مطالعه را 60 نفر از کتابداران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان تشکیل داد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته جمع‌آوری گردید که روایی صوری آن با نظر متخصصان کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب Cronbach¢s alpha (88/0) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (آزمون t و همبستگی Pearson) تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.یافته‌ها: از بین عوامل مؤثر بر کاربرد فن‌آوری‌های وب 2، بالاترین میانگین (9/3) به «عوامل مربوط به کاربران» اختصاص داشت و پس از آن «عوامل مربوط به کتابداران» و «عوامل زیرساختی و فرهنگی» با میانگین 5/3 قرار داشت.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر حاکی از آشنایی کم کتابداران با فن‌آوری‌های وب 2 و استفاده از آن در کتابخانه‌ها می‌باشد که این نتایج برای کتابداران و کتابخانه‌ها قابل استفاده است.

چکیده English

Introduction: Web2 has affected libraries and their services. Libraries require this technology in order to improve the quality of their services. The aim of this study was to determine the challenges of applying Web2 in libraries of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Iran.Methods: The current cross-sectional survey was carried out in 2015. The study population consisted of 60 librarians in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. The data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by specialists, and its reliability was determined using Cronbach’s alpha (α = 0.88). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-test and Pearson correlation) in SPSS software.Results: The results showed that among the factors influencing the use of Web2 technologies, "factors related to users" had the highest mean (3.9), followed by "factors related to the librarians" and “infrastructural and cultural factors" with a mean of 3.5.Conclusion: The findings indicated the librarians’ lack of familiarity with the use of Web2 technologies. Thus, training can play a role in librarians’ familiarity with Web2 and using such tools in library services.
