چکیده

مقدمه: با توجه به نقش ماهیتی انتشار مقالات در حوزه سلامت و سهم استادان در ایفای این نقش، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین چالش‌های نگارش و انتشار مقالات علمی حوزه سلامت از دیدگاه اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام شد.روش بررسی: این مطالعه به روش پیمایشی انجام گرفت. جامعه تحقیق را 250 نفر از اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان تشکیل داد که به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی آن توسط پژوهشگران مجرب دانشگاه و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب Cronbach's alpha (89/0) تأیید گردید. در نهایت، داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌ t مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‎ها: از شش دسته چالش‌های نگارش و انتشار مقالات علمی، چالش‌های حرفه‌ای- تخصصی با میانگین 05/3، چالش‌های شخصی با میانگین 00/3 و امکانات و تجهیزات با میانگین 98/2 بیشتر از سایر چالش‌ها در نگارش و انتشار مقالات علمی تأثیرگذار بود. در مقابل، چالش‌های اجتماعی- فرهنگی با میانگین 41/2، کمترین اهمیت را در نگارش و انتشار مقالات علمی داشت.نتیجه‎گیری: سیاست‌گذاران پژوهشی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور می‌توانند با مورد توجه قرار دادن نتایج پژوهش حاضر، مسیر تولید مقالات و شواهد معتبر در حوزه سلامت را هموار نمایند و زمینه به کارگیری پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد را فراهم سازند.

Introduction: The purpose of this research was to determine the challenges of writing and publishing of health scientific articles from the viewpoint of the faculty members of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences, Isfahan, Iran.Methods: In this survey, the statistical population consisted of 250 faculty members of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences who were selected using stratified random sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Its validity confirmed by experienced researchers, and its reliability was determined to be 0.98, using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data were analyzed using one-sample t test.Results: Among 6 categories, professional, personal, and facility challenges with mean of 3.05, 3.00, and 2.98 were very important. However, socio-cultural challenge with mean of 2.41 was the least important place.Conclusion: The research policymakers in Iran's universities of medical sciences can consider this challenges, and help to establish evidence-based practice and evidence-based medicine.
