هزینه- سودمندی کتاب‌های فارسی مربوط به رشته‌ی کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز

چکیده
مقدمه: ارزیابی‌های کمی از معیارهای مناسب جهت تأیید یا رد انتخاب منابع اطلاعاتی کتابخانه‌ها به شمار می‌روند. از طریق این ارزیابی‌ها می‌توان تناسب بین منابع انتخاب شده با نیازهای جامعه‌ی استفاده کننده‌ی کتابخانه را با توجه به میزان استفاده‌ی آنان از منابع بررسی نمود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین هزینه- سودمندی کتاب‌های فارسی مربوط به رشته‌ی کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اهواز بود.
روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی بود که پس از توصیف و بررسی وضعیت موجود، به ارزیابی کمی استفاده از کتاب‌های مربوط به رشته‌ی کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی موجود در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز و تحلیل هزینه- سودمندی آن‌ها پرداخته شد. جامعه‌ی آماری را کلیه‌ی کتاب‌های فارسی مربوط به رشته‌ی کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی در کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه مورد نظر تشکیل می‌داد (109 عنوان و 508 نسخه). ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، سیاهه‌ی محقق ساخته بود که روایی محتوایی آن توسط متخصصان کتابداری تأیید شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار کتابخانه‌ای جمع‌آوری شدند. آمار مورد استفاده، آمار توصیفی و استفاده از فرمول هزینه- سودمندی بود.
یافته‌ها: میانگین هزینه‌ی تمام شده برای هر بار استفاده از کتاب‌های مورد بررسی 4589 ریال بود که هزینه‌ی به نسبت زیادی به حساب می‌آید. کمترین هزینه (2913 ریال) برای هر بار استفاده، به کتاب‌های دارای سال نشر 1381 و بیشترین هزینه (31413 ریال) نیز به کتاب‌های منتشر شده در سال 1384 اختصاص داشت. هزینه- سودمندی کتاب‌ها بر حسب موضوع نشان داد که کمترین هزینه- سودمندی مربوط به کتاب‌های مربوط به مجموعه‌سازی کتابخانه‌ها می‌باشد (755 ریال) و پس از آن به ترتیب موضوعات مرجع‌شناسی (2777 ریال)، مدیریت کتابخانه (2877 ریال) و سازماندهی (5693 ریال) در رده‌های بعدی قرار دارند.
نتیجه‌گیری: بررسی هزینه- سودمندی کتاب‌های مورد بررسی نشان داد که هزینه‌ی هر بار استفاده از این کتاب‌ها برای کتابخانه گران تمام شده و مقرون به صرفه نیست. از نظر موضوعی نیز کتاب‌های مربوط به درس مجموعه‌سازی نسبت به قیمت تمام شده‌ی آن‌ها، میزان استفاده‌ی بیشتری توسط استفاده کنندگان داشته‌اند، بنابراین نسبت به سایر کتاب‌های فارسی مربوط به رشته‌ی کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی بیشتر مقرون به صرفه بوده‌اند.

Abstract
Introduction: Quantitative evaluations are considered as one of the appropriate criteria in
accepting or rejecting the selection of information resources in libraries. Through these
assessments, one can evaluate how much the selected resources meet the needs of the users. The
present study aimed to review the cost-benefit analysis of the Persian books on Department of
Library and Information Sciences in Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences, Ahwaz, Iran.
Methods: This cross-sectional survey described the current situation, evaluated how much the
books in the field of Library and Information Science are used and did a cost-benefit analysis of
these books in Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences in Ahwaz. The study population
included all the Persian books related to the Library and Information Sciences at the aforesaid
university's libraries. Data collection tool was a researchers-made checklist, and the data were
collected using the Library software. Descriptive statistics and cost-benefit formula were used for
analyzing the data.
Results: Findings showed that average total cost for using each of the books once was
approximately 4589 Iranian Rial rate (IRR) which was considered to be a relatively high price.
The lowest cost for using each book once was related to those published in 2002 (2913 IRR) and
the highest cost for using each book once was related to those published in 2005 (31413 IRR).
Cost-benefit analysis of the books showed that the lowest cost-benefit was for the books related
to the "library collection" (755 IRR), then in a growing rate for books related to the "references"
(2777 IRR), "library management" (2877 IRR) and "organizing" (5693 IRR).
Conclusion: The cost-benefit analysis showed that use of each of these books every time is
expensive and is not affordable for the libraries. The Persian books related to the "library
collection" had a higher rate of use by the users than other books in the field of Library and
Information Sciences, and therefore have been more affordable.
