دیدگاه کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان نسبت به ویژگی‌های محیط رابط نرم‌افزار پارس آذرخش و بهره‌گیری از آن‌ها

چکیده
مقدمه: نرم‌افزار کتابخانه، برنامه‌ای رایانه‌ای برای ذخیره، پردازش و بازیابی اطلاعات در کتابخانه‌ها و مراکز اطلاع‌رسانی است. محیط رابط در نرم‌افزار کتابخانه‌ای بخشی از نرم‌افزار است که تعامل کاربر با نرم‌افزار را برقرار می‌سازد و انتقال اطلاعات کاربر به نظام و بالعکس توسط آن صورت می‌گیرد. هدف از اجرای این پژوهش، شناسایی دیدگاه کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان نسبت به ویژگی‌های محیط رابط نرم‌افزار پارس آذرخش در سال 1388 بود.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه از دسته‌ی مطالعات توصیفی- مقطعی بود که در سال 1388 انجام شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق ‌ساخته متشکل از 51 سؤال استفاده شد و جامعه‌ی این پژوهش، کتابداران کتابخانه‌های دانشکده‌ای و کتابخانه‌ی مرکزی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان (50 نفر) بودند که به صورت سرشماری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. روایی ابزار به وسیله‌ی کارشناسان و متخصصین موضوعی و پایایی آن با استفاده از آزمون Cronbach's alpha (با مقدار 81/0) تأیید شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، روش‌های آماری توصیفی (توزیع فراوانی، میانگین، انحراف استاندارد) و نیز آزمون‌ همبستگی Spearman مورد استفاده قرارگرفت.
یافته‌ها: از دیدگاه کتابداران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان، بین متغیرهای مختلف رابط کاربر نرم‌افزار پارس آذرخش، متغیر یادگیری چگونگی کار با نرم‌افزار بیشترین نمره (56/3 از حداکثر 5) را به خود اختصاص داد و پس از آن متغیرهای صفحه‌ی نمایش اطلاعات (40/3)، واژگان و پیام‌های نرم‌افزار (3) قرار گرفتند. همچنین نمره‌ی کسب شده در مورد راهنمای نرم‌افزار (6/2) و سایر امکانات و قابلیت‌های آن کمتر از حد متوسط (96/2) بود. در مجموع نمره‌ی کسب شده در مورد تعامل با رابط کاربری نرم‌افزار پارس آذرخش در حد متوسط (20/3) به دست آمد. بین دیدگاه کتابداران در مورد رابط کاربری نرم‌افزار پارس آذرخش و سواد رایانه‌ای کتابداران، هیچ ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود نداشت. همچنین تنها بین وضعیت واژگان و پیام‌های نرم‌افزار و سواد کتابخانه‌ای کتابداران، رابطه‌ی معنی‌دار وجود داشت و بین سایر ویژگی‌های رابط کاربری و سواد کتابخانه‌ای کتابداران هیچ ارتباط معنی‌داری مشاهده نگردید.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد، دیدگاه کتابداران شرکت کننده در این پژوهش در مورد ویژگی‌های نرم‌افزار پارس آذرخش در حد متوسطی بود. در میان متغیرهای مورد بررسی، متغیرهای چگونگی کار با نرم‌افزار، صفحه‌ی نمایش اطلاعات و واژگان و پیام‌های نرم‌افزار در وضعیت بهتری قرار داشتند، این در حالی است که متغیرهای راهنما و سایر امکانات و قابلیت‌های نرم‌افزار به بازنگری و ارتقای بیشتری نیاز دارند.

چکیده English

Introduction: Library software is a computer-based program that is used in libraries and information
centers for information storage, processing and retrieval. Interface environment is a part of library
software that establishes connection between computer and user and also shifts information between user
and the system. The present study aimed to determine the attitudes of librarians in Isfahan University of
Medical Sciences towards the specifications of Pars Azarakhsh library software interface in 2009.
Methods: A questionnaire was used for data collection, consisting of 51 closed questions. The study
population included the librarians in Isfahan University of Medical Sciences. Librarians were all those
who were working in libraries of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences (n = 50). Descriptive statistics
methods and correlation test were used for data analysis.
Results: The results of this research showed that librarians believed some factors like pageant, vocabulary
and messages of software as well as learning how to use software were in medium and upper than
medium. Moreover, librarian's attitude toward help and other capabilities was lower than medium. All the
librarians believed that Pars Azarakhsh software user interface environment was medium (3.20). In
addition, there was a non-significant difference between Pars Azarakhsh software user interface and
computer literacy of librarians. There was a significant difference between letters and messages of
software and library literacy of librarians and there was no significant difference between other variables
of Pars Azarakhsh software user interface and library literacy of librarians.
Conclusion: Findings showed that librarians' view about Pars Azarakhsh variables was at medium level.
Among these variables, some such as how to work with software, pageant, vocabulary, and messages of
software were in the best situation. However, help features and other capabilities need to be developed more.
