ارزیابی میزان اهمیت ابعاد سرمایه‌های فکری در بیمارستان‌های منتخب شهر اصفهان

چکیده
مقدمه: سرمایه‌های فکری در یک سازمان دارایی‌هایی هستند که ارزش آن‌ها با به اشتراک گذاشتن با دیگران و گذشت زمان افزایش می‌یابند. بیمارستان‌ها مهم‌ترین مراکز ارایه‌ی خدمات سلامت محسوب می‌شوند که مدیریت دارایی‌های ناملموس در آن‌ها از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. برای جلوگیری از بین رفتن تلاش‌ها و هزینه‌ها می‌بایست نخست میزان اهمیت هر یک از ابعاد سرمایه‌های فکری بیمارستان‌ها شناسایی شده سپس در جهت رشد و مدیریت آن‌ها اقدام نمود. تحقیق حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان اهمیت هر یک از ابعاد سرمایه‌های فکری در بیمارستان‌های منتخب شهر اصفهان و همچنین، تعیین فاکتورهای مؤثر در هر بعد از سرمایه‌های فکری بر اساس مدل Hung انجام گرفت.
روش بررسی: این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بود و در سال 1390 در سه بیمارستان شهر اصفهان (شریعتی، امام موسی کاظم (ع) و امین) انجام شد. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش 3000 نفر از پزشکان و پرستاران بودند که از بین سه بیمارستان، 200 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری مباحث نظری آن، کتابخانه‌ای بود و داده‌های آن از طریق پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق ساخته به دست آمد. روایی پرسش‌نامه با نظر صاحبنظران در زمینه‌ی مدیریت تأیید شد و و پایایی آن به کمک
 alpha Cronbach's برابر با 89/0 به دست آمد. داده‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آزمون
 Student-t تک متغیره و نمودار تارعنکبوتی تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: مقایسه‌ی شاخص‌های سرمایه‌ی فکری با میانگین فرضی 3 نشان داد که میزان اهمیت شاخص‌های سرمایه‌ی انسانی، بیماران، سرمایه‌ی فرایند، بیشتر از متوسط و شاخص نوآوری، دارای اهمیت متوسط و شاخص‌های مالی و فن‌آوری اطلاعات دارای اهمیت کمتر از سطح متوسط بوده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: ابعاد سرمایه‌های فکری در بیمارستان‌ها از اهمیت و ارزش یکسانی برخوردار نیستند، بنابراین مدیران بیمارستان‌ها باید زمینه‌ی استفاده و بهره‌برداری از تمامی سرمایه‌های ناملوس را فراهم کنند و به این طریق باعث تولید علم، ثروت و نوآوری شوند.

چکیده English

Introduction: Intellectual capitals in an organization are assets that their value is increased over time and
with sharing with others. Since hospitals are dominant in providing medical services, management of
intangible assets could be very important for them. To avoid the waste of costs and efforts, it is necessary
to identify the priority and importance of each dimension of intellectual capitals in hospitals, and then to
develop and manage them.
Methods: This was a descriptive survey which was conducted in three hospitals in Isfahan, Iran in 2010.
Theoretical studies were based on library investigation and corresponding data were collected through predesigned
questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by some specialists in
management, and its reliability was tested using Cronbach's alpha (α = 0.89). The sample size was
estimated to be 200 subjects. Some descriptive statistics were presented and the inference for evaluating
the importance of intellectual capital dimensions in medical sector was based on student t-test. The web
diagram was used for prioritizing the dimensions.
Results: Among the intellectual capital dimensions considered in medical sector, the importance of three
dimensions of human capital, customer capital and process were higher than average level. Innovation
dimension had a moderate significance in intellectual capital while the value of financial capital and
information technology was low.
Conclusion: Various dimensions of intellectual capitals in hospitals will exhibit different importance.
Therefore, administrators of hospitals must provide good foundation for utilization of all assets and
produce knowledge, wealth and innovation
