چکیده

فن‌آوری‌های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطاتی پیشرفته، سرعت و سهولتی را در انجام کارها به ارمغان آورده است که به آسایش و آسودگی بیشتر در زندگی منجر شده است. با این حال، بهداشت و تندرستی کاربران در اثر استفاده‌ی نادرست به شدت در معرض خطر است. مقاله‌ی حاضر می‌کوشد تا با مرور تأثیرات نامطلوب کاربرد نادرست این فن‌آوری‌ها بر سلامت کاربران و محیط زیست، اهمیت مخاطرات و آسیب‌های احتمالی را بیش از پیش آشکار کند، تا از این رهگذر، ضمن آگاهی‌رسانی بیشتر، بر لزوم آموزش کاربرد صحیح به عنوان یکی از مباحث اساسی در ترویج فن‌آوری‌های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطاتی تأکید شود. کاربرد ناآگاهانه، غیر اصولی و افراطی فن‌آوری‌های اطلاعاتی، طیف وسیعی از پیامدهای ناگوار را برای سلامت انسان و محیط زیست به همراه دارد. انواع ناهنجاری‌های جسمی، بیماری‌ها و اختلالات، سلامت انسان را تهدید می‌کند. گذشته از این، انواع آلاینده‌ها و پسماندهای خطرناک ناشی از فن‌آوری‌های اطلاعاتی، سلامت محیط زیست را به خطر انداخته است. راهکارهای متعددی برای مقابله با این مخاطرات وجود دارد که بنیانی‌ترین آن‌ها را آموزش و تدوین راهبردهای مدیریت ملی تشکیل می‌دهد. لازم است اصول کاربرد صحیح فن‌آوری‌ها، راه‌های پرهیز از خطرات و به ویژه تشویق به استفاده از فن‌آوری‌ سبز در کانون توجه برنامه‌های ترویج و آموزش فن‌آوری‌های اطلاعاتی قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Modern information and communication technologies have brought about rapidity and ease leading to
more comfort and welfare in our life. However, the users' health and safety would be seriously in danger
in the case of misuse. The present paperattemptedto review the literature on the undesirable effects of
information technologies on the health and safety of humans and their environment and thereby
emphasized the necessity of training users. The results revealed that unmanaged use of information and
communication technologies may result in widespread detrimental effects including physical disorders,
diseases and anomalies. In addition, the environment safety is threatened by a variety of e-wastes and
pollutants. Among several solutions put forward to fight the threats, training users and developing national
management strategies are the most basic ones. Information and communication technologies extension
and education programs should train users about how to reasonably use the technologies, how to avoid the
probable risks, andin particular, encourage them to choose greentechnologies.
