چکیده

مقدمه: در عصر دانش، محور بهره‌گیری از پتانسیل‌های بالقوه و توانمند نمودن افراد جهت ایجاد خلاقیت و نوآوری ضروری است. مدیریت بر خود مجموعه‌ای از استراتژی‌هایی است که یک شخص جهت نفوذ و بهبود رفتارش به کار می‌گیرد و به عنوان سرمایه‌ای پنهان، نقش به سزایی در ایجاد نوآوری ایفا می‌کند. هدف از این مقاله، شناسایی نقش استراتژی‌های مدیریت بر خود برسطح نوآوری دانشجویان رشته‌ی مدیریت دانشگاه اصفهان بوده است.
روش بررسی: مقاله‌ی حاضر از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بود و برای سنجش اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق ساخته با روایی صوری و ضریب پایایی 91/0 استفاده شده است. جامعه‌ی آماری، دانشجویان رشته‌ی مدیریت دانشگاه اصفهان در سال 89- 1388 بودند و حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده 196 نفر تخمین زده شد. در این راستا، بر اساس ادبیات پژوهش، مدلی جهت بررسی نقش استراتژی‌های مدیریت بر خود بر سطح نوآوری دانشجویان رشته‌ی مدیریت طراحی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار LISREL مورد آزمون قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: استراتژی‌های مدیریت بر خود بر سطح نوآوری دانشجویان تاثیر به سزایی داشت که در این بین، نقش استراتژی‌های رفتاری پررنگ‌تر بود. همچنین کانون تمرکز درونی دانشجویان به عنوان متغیر پنهان اثر تعیین کننده بر نوآوری آنان داشت، که نمی‌توان آن را نادیده پنداشت. علاوه بر آن، مقطع تحصیلی دانشجویان بر نوآوری‌شان تأثیرگذار است، چرا که دانشجویان مقطع دکتری نسبت به سایر دانشجویان، به دلیل کسب مهارت و تجربه در طی دوران دانشجویی، نوآورتر بودند. در مدل مورد بررسی، مقدار شاخص‌های برازش نشان دهنده‌ی مناسب بودن مدل بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: التزام عملی دانشجویان نسبت به سیستم مدیریت بر خود باعث تسهیل خلاقیت و نوآوری آنان می‌گردد، چرا که درک بالا از این کارراهه، نگرشی متفاوت را از طریق روش‌های حرفه‌ای و خود هدایتی به سمت ارزش‌های فرد منعکس می‌کند.

Introduction: In the present knowledge-oriented era, potential capabilities of individuals need to be used and innovation and creativity should be created. Self-management is a set of strategies that an individual applies in order to improve and influence his behavior. It plays a significant role as a hidden capital in establishing a suitable environment for creating innovation. The purpose of this paper was to study the role of self-management strategies on innovation level of students of management in Isfahan University, Isfahan, Iran.
Methods: This descriptive survey study used a verified researcher-made questionnaire with formal validity and reliability coefficient of 0.91 to collect data. The statistical population consisted of management students in Isfahan University during 2009-2010. The required number of participants was calculated as 196 students who were selected by simple random sampling method. Based on available literature, a model was designed to evaluate the role of self-management strategies on innovation level among the students of management. This model was then tested by LISREL software.
Results: Self-management strategies, particularly behavioral strategies, had a significant effect on students' innovation level. In addition, students' internal focus, as a hidden variable, had a great effect on their innovation level. Moreover, level of education affected students' innovation level, i.e. PhD students were more innovative than other students due to the skills and experiences they acquired during their course of study. The amounts of fit indexes in the studied model showed the suitability of the model.
Conclusion: Practical commitment to self-management system creates a different attitude toward ersonal values through a professional approach and self guidance and can thus facilitate creativity and innovation in students.
