چکیده

مقدمه: ارتقاء سواد سلامت زنان باردار منجر به درک آنها از اطلاعات سلامت بارداری می‌شود و در طول سال‌های رشد و تکامل به‌طور مستقیم بر سلامت کودک تأثیرگذار است. بنابراین با توجه به اهمیت سواد سلامت زنان باردار، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین سواد سلامت زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی شهر بوشهر انجام گرفت.
روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی پیمایشی می‌باشد. نمونه‌های پژوهش شامل 306 نفر از زنان باردار مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی شهر بوشهر هستند که با نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از چک‌لیست ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی و سوابق پزشکی-مامایی و پرسشنامه‌ سواد سلامت مادری گردآوری و از طریق نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 24 با استفاده از آزمون‌های Chi-square و Fisher در سطح معناداری 05/0 تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد 51 درصد زنان باردار از سواد سلامت ناکافی، 25 درصد سواد سلامت مرزی و 24 درصد سواد سلامت کافی برخوردار بودند. بین سطح تحصیلات زنان (041/0=P)، تحصیلات همسر (034/0=P)، شغل (005/0 =P)، شغل همسر (010/0=P) و تعداد بارداری (035/0=P) با سواد سلامت مادری ارتباط معنی‌‎دار وجود دارد. همچنین فراوانی سواد سلامت کافی در زنانی که بارداری دوم و بیشتر را تجربه کردند در مقایسه با زنانی که بارداری اول را تجربه کردند 18 درصد بیشتر بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد بیشتر زنان باردار مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز درمانی بوشهر سواد سلامت مادری ناکافی داشتند که آموزش مهارت‌های سواد سلامت و توانمندسازی مادران باردار در گروه‌های مختلف از طریق تولید منابع آموزشی به زبان ساده و ارائه آموزش شفاهی و تصویری به زنان باردار توصیه می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Improving the health literacy of pregnant women facilitates their understanding of health information before, during, and after pregnancy and has a direct impact on the health of the child during the years development. Therefore, due to the importance of health literacy for pregnant women, this study was conducted to determine health literacy of pregnant women referring to health centers in Bushehr.
Methods: This study was an analytical-survey research. The population was 306 pregnant women referring to health centers in Bushehr who were selected by randomized clustering. Data were collected using health literacy questionnaire, demographic, medical, and midwifery checklist. Chi-square and Fisher test were used to analyze the data.
Results: Findings revealed that 51% of pregnant women had inadequate health literacy, 25% had border health literacy, and 24% had adequate health literacy. According to the results, there was a significant relationship between the women's education (P=0.041)/ job (P=0.005), their husband's education (P=0.034)/ job (P=0.010), the pregnancy frequency (P=0.05), and health literacy. Furthermore, women who had experienced the second pregnancy or more had a higher health literacy compared with primiparous women (=18%).
Conclusion: The results showed that majority of the pregnant women referring to health centers had a low health literacy. It could be recommended to educate health literacy skills and empowerment of pregnant mothers in different groups through content materials in simple language and provide oral and visual training to pregnant women.
