چکیده
مقدمه: در سالهای اخیر زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت ایران با اختلالات متعددی روبرو شده است در نتیجه باید تاب آور باشد. این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت تابآوری زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت، دستهبندی آنها بر اساس مراحل تابآوری و ارائه مدل مفهومی آنها انجام شده است.
روش بررسی: این تحقیق از نوع کیفی است و در 2 مرحله انجام شده است. در مرحله اول عوامل کلیدی موفقیت تابآوری زنجیره تأمین بر اساس مراحل 4 گانه تابآوری شناسایی و در مرحله دوم مدلی برای آنها ارائه شده است. مشارکت گنندگان در هر دو مرحله خبرگان هستند. شیوه نمونهگیری، هدفمند است که با روش گلوله برفی ادامه یافته است. تعداد مشارکتکنندگان در مراحل 1 و 2 به ترتیب 18 نفر و 10 نفر، شیوه گرداوری دادهها به ترتیب مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته و رویکرد مدیریت تعاملی و شیوه تحلیل دادهها به ترتیب تحلیل تماتیک و نقشه شناختی فازی است.
یافتهها: بر اساس مصاحبهها 67 عامل کلیدی موفقیت برای تابآوری شناسایی گردید که در قالب 20 مقوله دستهبندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که آموزش، مدیریت اطلاعات و هماهنگی و همکاری دارای بیشترین اثرگذاری، مدیریت بازار، مدیریت ارتباط با تأمینکنندگان و طراحی زنجیره تأمین دارای بیشترین اثرپذیری و مدیریت ارتباط با تأمینکنندگان، هماهنگی و همکاری و توان برنامهریزی دارای بیشترین درجه مرکزیت هستند.
نتیجهگیری: ارائه آموزشهای متناسب به ویژه در حوزههای مهارت حل مسئله و تصمیمگیری، کاهش عدم اطمینان در تصمیمات و رویکردهای دولتی، ارتقاء زیرساختها و نرمافزارهای اطلاعاتی و توسعه دانش بنیان از مهمترین راهکارهای تقویت تابآوری زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت است.

Presenting a Model of the Critical Success Factors of the Health Tourism Supply Chain: a Fuzzy Cognitive Map Approach

Introduction: Introduction: Today, Iran's health tourism supply chain has faced many disturbances, which highlights its resilience. This study endeavored to identify the critical factors of health tourism supply chain resilience, classifying them based on resilience stages, and presenting their conceptual model.
Methods: This qualitative study was done in 2 stages. Initially, the critical factors of supply chain resilience have been identified based on the four stages of resilience. In the second stage, a model for them has been presented. The participants in both stages are experts. The method of sampling is purposive, followed by the snowball method. The number of participants in first and second stages are 18 and 10, respectively. The method of data collection is semi-structured interviews and interactive management approach. The method of data analysis is thematic analysis and fuzzy cognitive map, respectively.
Results: Based on the interviews, 67 critical success factors for resilience were identified, which were categorized into 20 categories. The results revealed that training, information management and coordination and cooperation have the most out degree. Market management, supplier relationship management and supply chain design have the most in degree. Supplier relationship management, coordination, and cooperation as well as planning ability have the highest degree of centrality..
Conclusion: Providing appropriate training, especially in the areas of problem-solving and decision-making skills, reducing uncertainty in government decisions and approaches, upgrading information infrastructure and software, are important ways to enhance the resilience of the health tourism supply chain.
