چکیده

Nowadays, Access to information in order to strengthening teaching and learning and individual capability development is one of the fundamental needs of all people. And there is no exception to this rule. Although there are numerous facilities in universities, some aspects to providing excellent services to disable students are ignored but if following policies and rules are done correctly, it is possible to act like some successful countries like England in this field. Proposal for (scientific assistant as a facilitator for disable students) is running in Isfahan university of Medical Sciences (MUI) , for a blind student as student with special needs. In this plan, people who are interested in helping disable people are identified , and in this way they will be cause of self confidence in disable students, and a pattern for other universities . This plan also can be an introduction to the formation of the center for providing services to students with special needs. This plan requires financial and spiritual supports and appropriate policy and planning in universities
