چکیده
مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت سواد سلامت جنسی در بین جوانان به ویژه دانشجویان و بروز رفتارهای تهدیدآمیز سلامت ناشی از گستردگی و آلودگی اطلاعات در دسترس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین سطح سواد سلامت جنسی دانشجویان و ارتباط آن با متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی انجام شده است.
روش: پژوهش، با روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. نمونه پژوهش را 387 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بوشهر تشکیل دادند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه «سواد سلامت جنسی بزرگسالان ایرانی» با 4 حیطه (دسترسی، خواندن و درک کردن، تحلیل و ارزیابی و کاربرد) استفاده شد و داده‌ها از طریق روش همبستگی و رگرسیون خطی تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره سواد سلامت جنسی دانشجویان بالاتر از حد متوسط پرسشنامه گزارش و از میان مؤلفه‌های سواد سلامت جنسی، مؤلفه «کاربرد» بیشترین و مؤلفه «تحلیل و ارزیابی» کمترین میانگین را داشت دانشجویان دانشکده پیراپزشکی میانگین نمره کمتری نسبت به دانشجویان سایر دانشکده‌ها داشتند. همچنین میانگین نمره متغیر خواندن و درک کردن در دانشجویان مجرد به طور معنی‌داری کمتر از دانشجویان متأهل بود.
نتیجه‌گیری:هر چند که بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، سواد سلامت جنسی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی بوشهر در سطح بالاتر از حد متوسط قرار دارد، اما ضرورت دارد که این مقوله در گروه‌های مختلف جوانان و بر اساس ویژگی‌های خاص هر گروه آموزش‌های لازم و متناسب ارائه داد.

Introduction: Considering the importance of sexual health literacy among youths, especially students, and the occurrence of health-threatening behaviors due to the spread and pollution of available information, this study endeavored to determine the level of sexual health literacy of students and its relationship with demographic variables.
Methods: This applied study was an analytical survey. The sample consisted of 387 students of Bushehr University of Medical Sciences. To collect data, the "Sexual Health Literacy of Iranian Adults" questionnaire was employed within four domains (access, reading and understanding, analysis and evaluation, and application).
Results: The average score of sexual health literacy of the students is higher than the average score of the report questionnaire, and among the components of sexual health literacy, "application" has the highest average and the "analysis and evaluation" has the lowest average. Paramedical faculty students had a lower average score than the students of other faculties. The variable score of reading and understanding in unmarried students was significantly lower than married students.
Conclusion: According to the results and the importance of sexual health literacy, it seems necessary for managers and policy makers to take appropriate decisions to increase the sexual health literacy skills of different groups, including youths, and take necessary plans, practical solutions, and serious steps.
