چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی راهکارهای جبران صدمات مقابله با پاندمی کوید-19 در بین کادر درمان می باشد.

روش بررسی: روش تحقیق از نظر نوع آمیخته اکتشافی بوده و در دو بخش کیفی و کمی صورت گرفته است. در بخش کیفی از طریق روش تحلیل مضمون و با استفاده از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته با 19 نفر از خبرگان که به صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند، سیاستهای موثر بر ساختار مدیریتی مراکز درمانی شناسایی و دسته‌بندی شدند. داده‌های این بخش با استفاده از روش کدگذاری سه مرحله ای باز، محوری و انتخابی دسته بندی و تحلیل گردید در بخش کمی در قالب روش تحقیق توصیفی - پیمایشی و با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه داده های جمع آوری شده مجدد در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت تا در مورد هر یک از ابعاد به دست آمده اظهار نظر نموده و آنها را رتبه بندی کنند در این مرحله داده‌های به دست آمده با استفاده از تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP ) به روش میانگین هندسی مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند.

یافته ها: طی این پژوهش 179تم فرعی در قالب 43 تم اصلی و 8 مقوله دسته بندی گردید بر اساس نتایج حاصل از محاسبه وزن نهایی بردار ویژه، مقوله های خدمات رفاهی با ضریب 0.172، سیاستهای منابع انسانی با ضریب 0.152 و راهکارهای انگیزشی با ضریب 0.148به ترتیب رتبه های اول تا سوم را به خود اختصاص دادند و سپس به ترتیب اقدامات رفتاری با ضریب 0.120، راهکارهای مدیریتی با ضریب0.108 ، راهکارهای سازمانی با ضریب0.107، ارتباطات باز با ضریب

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The purpose of the present study is to identify the compensation strategies for dealing with the covid-19 pandemic among the medical staff.

Research method: The research method is exploratory in terms of mixed type and has been done in two parts, qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative part, through thematic analysis method and using semi-structured interviews with 19 experts who were selected through purposive sampling, policies affecting the management structure of medical centers were identified and categorized. The data of this section were categorized and analyzed using the open, central and selective three-stage coding method. In order to comment on each of the obtained dimensions and rank them, at this stage, the obtained data were tested using the analysis hierarchy process (AHP) using the geometric mean method.

Findings: During this research, 179 sub-themes were categorized in the form of 43 main themes and 8 categories based on the results of calculating the final weight of the special vector, the categories of welfare services with a coefficient of 0.172, human resources policies with a coefficient of 0.152 and motivational solutions with a coefficient of 0.148 They ranked first to third respectively, followed by behavioral measures with a coefficient of 0.120, management solutions with a coefficient of 0.108, organizational solutions with a coefficient of 0.107, open communication with a coefficient of 0.103 and social support of the organization with a coefficient of 0.091 respectively. were ranked
