چکیده
با توجه به اهمیت ویژه‌ای که اعتبار‌بخشی کتابخانه‌های بیمارستانی در جهت ارتقاء کیفی کتابخانه و سازمان مادر در بین مدیران و مسوولین بیمارستان‌ها پیدا کرده است وجود یک استاندارد مدون بومی سازی شده مخصوص کتابخانه‌های بیمارستانی ایران حایز اهمیت است[1]. لذا کتاب«استاندارد کتابخانه‌های بیمارستانی» بر اساس پژوهش‌های ملی و با در‌نظر‌گرفتن استاندارد‌های مرتبط ملی و بین‌المللی و با ارائه چارچوبی برای راه‌اندازی، توسعه، اداره و نگهداری کتابخانه‌های بیمارستانی و ارائه و بهبود خدمات کتابخانه و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی، به کاربران و ذینفعان خود در مراکز دولتی و خصوصی در ایران توسط صاحبنظران معاونت تحقیقات و فن‌آوری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی و وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی تدوین و بومی سازی شده است [2]. بر این اساس کتاب مذکور به عنوان ابزار ارزیابی کتابخانه‌های بیمارستانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در سال 1402 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت که در زمان استفاده ارزیابان منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان مورد چالش و تفاوت نظر در برداشت مطالب کتاب شدند. ازاین‌رو نویسندگان این نقد، برآن شدند تا با ارائه برداشت‌ های جمع بندی شده کتابداران بیمارستانی و ارزیابان مذکور در رفع ابهامات موجود در کتاب کمک نمایند.

چکیده English

Given the special importance that accreditation of hospital libraries has gained in improving the quality of the library and the parent organization among hospital managers and officials, the existence of a localized, codified standard specifically for Iranian hospital libraries is important[1]. Therefore, the book “Hospital Library Standards” was compiled and localized based on national research, taking into account relevant national and international standards, and by providing a framework for setting up, developing, managing, and maintaining hospital libraries and providing and improving library and medical information services to its users and stakeholders in government and private centers in Iran by experts from the Vice-Chancellor for Research and Technology of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education [2]. Accordingly, the aforementioned book was used as an evaluation tool for hospital libraries at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 1402, but when it was used, the selected evaluators of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences were challenged and had different opinions on the interpretation of the book’s contents. Therefore, the authors of this review decided to help resolve the ambiguities in the book by presenting the summarized perceptions of the aforementioned hospital librarians and evaluators.
