تحلیل مطالعات هوش مصنوعی از دریچه اخلاق پزشکی: مطالعه کتاب‌سنجی

چکیده
مقدمه: امروزه کاربست قابل توجه فناوری هوش مصنوعی در مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و درمانی علوم پزشکی، چالش‌های اخلاقی متعددی را برای نظام سلامت به همراه داشته است.پژوهش حاضر به تحلیل کتاب‌سنجی کلیه انتشارات مرتبط با اخلاق پزشکی در کاربست ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی پرداخته است.

روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده که با رویکرد علم‌سنجی اجرا شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه انتشارات مرتبط با اخلاق پزشکی در مطالعات هوش مصنوعی است که در مجموعه هسته پایگاه وب آو ساینس نمایه شده‌اند.

یافته‌ها: با پیاده‌سازی استراتژی جستجو، 354 اثرعلمی در ارتباط با توجه به مفهوم اخلاق پزشکی در کاربست ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی یافت شد. این اسناد اکثرا از نوع مقالات پژوهشی (05/70 درصد) بودند. از سال 2019 تا تاریخ جستجو (4 دسامبر 2024)، در سال‌های 2024، 2023 و 2021 ، شاهد رشد ملموس تولیدات علمی هوش مصنوعی در ارتباط با مفهوم اخلاق پزشکی بوده‌ایم. همچنین گزارش شد که ایالات متحده آمریکا، آلمان و انگلیس، به ترتیب با 89، 41 و 36 اثر، بیشترین سهم را در نشر مطالعات این حوزه داشته‌اند. بعلاوه با تحلیل استنادهای این آثار مشخص شد که پژوهش‌های سه کشور مذکور یعنی ایالات متحده آمریکا (با 1312 استناد دریافتی)، آلمان (با 927 استناد دریافتی) و انگلستان (با 893 استناد دریافتی) بیشترین استناد را دریافت کرده‌اند.

نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش‌های مرتبط با پیاده‌سازی فناوری هوش مصنوعی با نگرش اخلاق پزشکی در حال رشد هستند. لذا نیاز است که با توسعه هدفمند و اصولی این انتشارات به آگاهی‌رسانی و اطلاع‌رسانی گسترده‌تر موازین اخلاق پزشکی کمک نمود.

Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Studies with a Medical Ethics Perspective: A Bibliometric Study

Introduction: Today, the significant application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in healthcare and medical sciences has brought numerous ethical challenges to the health system. Therefore, the present study analyzes the bibliometrics of all publications related to medical ethics in the application of AI tools.

Methods: This study is descriptive-analytical and was conducted using a scientometrics approach. The research population includes all publications related to medical ethics in AI studies indexed in the Web of Science core collection.

Results: By implementing a search strategy, 354 scientific works related to the concept of medical ethics in the application of artificial intelligence tools were identified. Most of these documents were research articles (70.05%). From 2019 to the search date (December 4, 2024), the years 2024, 2023, and 2021 saw significant growth in scientific publications on artificial intelligence related to medical ethics. It was also reported that the United States, Germany, and the United Kingdom, with 89, 41, and 36 works respectively, contributed the most to the publication of studies in this field. Additionally, citation analysis of these works revealed that research from these three countries—the United States (with 1,312 received citations), Germany (with 927 received citations), and the United Kingdom (with 893 received citations)—received the highest number of citations in this area of study.

Conclusion: It can be inferred that research related to the implementation of artificial intelligence technology with a medical-ethical perspective is growing. Therefore, it is necessary that, through purposeful and principled development of these publications, broader awareness and dissemination of medical ethics standards—especially in the age of artificial intelligence—be promoted.
