رابطه بین وضعیت سواد سلامت و بهره‌گیری از خدمات سلامت در زنان مراجعه‌کننده به بیمارستان گلستان اهواز

چکیده
مقدمه: سواد سلامت گستره‌ای از مهارت‌های افراد برای جستجو، بازیابی و استفاده از اطلاعات سلامت به منظور ارتقای سطح سلامت، و کیفیت زندگی است و می‌تواند در استفاده آگاهانه از خدمات سلامت توسط افراد مؤثر باشد. با توجه به نقش پراهمیت زنان در زندگی و جامعه، این مطالعه به بررسی وضعیت سواد سلامت و میزان بهره‌گیری از خدمات سلامت در زنان می پردازد.

روش بررسی: مطالعۀ حاضر توصیفی-همبستگی است و به روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل 316 نفر از زنان مراجعه‌کننده به درمانگاه بیمارستان گلستان اهواز در سال 1403 است. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامۀ کوتاه‌شدۀ سواد سلامت بزرگسالان و پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته بهره‌گیری از خدمات سلامت بود. داده‌ها توسط نرم‌افزار spss 26 و آزمون‌های آماری تک متغیری، تی مستقل، آزمون تعقیبی شفه، تحلیل واریانس و همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

یافته‌ها: بنا بر یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، بسیاری از متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی از جمله سن، سطح تحصیلی، و شغل با وضعیت سواد سلامت افراد ارتباط معنادار دارد و به نظر می‌آید که داشتن سن پایین، سطح تحصیلی بالا و شغل در میان زنان جوان، رابطة مثبتی با وضعیت سواد سلامت و نیز با بهره‌گیری از خدمات سلامت دارد. بین سواد سلامت با گروه سنی، سطح تحصیلات، وضعیت اشتغال، محل سکونت، و بین بهره‌گیری از خدمات سلامت با سن، سطح تحصیلات و وضعیت اشتغال ارتباط معنادار مشاهده شد.

نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه به رابطه بین سواد سلامت، متغیرهای جمعیت شناختی و بهره گیری از خدمات سلامت توجه به ابعاد دقیقتر این رابطه و قدرت تبیین این عوامل حائز اهمیت است.

چکیده English

Objective: Health literacy is a range of skills of individuals to search, retrieve and use health information in order to improve health levels and quality of life and it can be effective in the informed using of health services by individuals.

Methods: The present descriptive-analytical study was conducted using a survey method, and was cross-sectional in terms of time and in 1403 among 316 women referring to the clinic of Golestan Hospital in Ahvaz. In addition to demographic information, the research tools were the shortened adult health literacy questionnaire and the researcher-made questionnaire on the utilization of health services. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26 software and univariate statistical tests, independent t-test, Scheffe post hoc test, analysis of variance and Pearson correlation.

Results: A significant relationship was observed between health literacy and age group, education level, employment status, place of residence, and between health service utilization with age, education level and employment status.

Conclusion: According to the findings of the present study, many demographic and sociocultural variables, including age, education level, and job, have a significant relationship with the health literacy status of individuals, and it seems that having a low age, high education level and job among young women has a positive relationship with health literacy status and also with the utilization of health services.
