بررسی چالش‌های اجرای استانداردهای الزامی ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر کرمان، یک مطالعه ترکیبی

چکیده
مقدمه: برنامه بیمارستان‌های دوستدار ایمنی بیمار اجرای مجموعه‌ای از استانداردهای ایمنی بیمار را در بیمارستان‌ها دربرمی‌گیرد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی چالش‌های اجرای استانداردهای الزامی ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر کرمان بود.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه به صورت ترکیبی در سال 1400 انجام شد. ابتدا با انجام یک مطالعه کیفی با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل محتوا چالش‌های استانداردهای الزامی ایمنی بیمار شناسایی شد؛ با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 20 مصاحبه به صورت مجازی ازطریق کلاس‌های مجازی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان به انجام رسید. تحلیل داده‌ها با کمک نرم‌‌افزارهای تحلیل کیفی MaxQDA انجام شد. با انجام روش دلفی فازی در دو مرحله، چالش‌ها به تایید یا رد خبرگان رسید.
یافته‌ها: 4 موضوع اصلی«چالش‌های ساختاری و فضای فیزیکی، چالش‌های مدیریتی و بالینی، چالش‌های فناوری اطلاعات، چالش‌های نیروی انسانی» به دست آمد. درمجموع این موضوعات نیز دارای 41 زیرموضوعاتی بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری: شناسایی چالش‌های اجرای استانداردهای الزامی ایمنی بیمار و برنامه‌ریزی برای رفع موانع موجود، می‌تواند اجرای مؤثرتر این استانداردها را تسهیل کرده و در نهایت به ارتقای کیفیت خدمات ارائه‌شده در مراکز درمانی بینجامد.

Introduction: The Patient Safety Friendly Hospitals Program involves the implementation of a set of patient safety standards in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to investigate the challenges of implementing mandatory patient safety standards in Kerman’s teaching hospitals.
Methods: This mixed-methods study was conducted in the 2021 academic year. First, using a qualitative content analysis approach, the challenges of mandatory patient safety standards were identified. Twenty interviews were conducted virtually through the online classes of the Kerman University of Medical Sciences using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis was performed using MaxQDA qualitative analysis software. Then, a fuzzy Delphi method was applied in two stages, through which the challenges were either approved or rejected by experts.
Results: Four main themes were identified: structural challenges and physical space, management and clinical challenges, information technology challenges, and human resource challenges..
Conclusion: Identifying the challenges of implementing mandatory patient safety standards and planning to remove existing barriers can facilitate more effective implementation of these standards and ultimately lead to improving the quality of services provided in healthcare centers
