چکیده
بیمارستان‌ها به منظور طراحی و ارتقای فرآیندهای درمان بیماران، به فرآیند نظام مدیریت اطلاعات، برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل مرکزی نیاز دارند. با توجه به تحولات به وجود آمده در سازمان‌های بهداشتی درمانی این سؤال مطرح است که کدام نوع از نظام‌های اطلاعاتی می‌تواند بهترین پشتیبان برای بیمارستان‌های در حال تحول باشد.
این مقاله‌ی مروری، بر روی توان «نظام‌های طراحی منابع سازمانی» Enterprise Resource Planning) (ERP: به منظور تحول بیمارستان‌ها متمرکز شده است. ابتدا مراحل تکامل نظام‌های اطلاعاتی، تاریخچه و مفهوم ERP را شرح داده و سپس به بحث در خصوص کارایی و پتانسیل ERP و مشکلاتی که اجرای آن در بیمارستان‌ها ایجاد می‌نماید، می‌پردازد. در نهایت پیشنهاد می‌گردد که فرآیندهای بیمارستان به دو گروه، فرآیندهای قطعی و فرآیندهای احتمالی تقسیم شود. سیستم‌های ERP در مورد فرآیندهای قطعی می‌توانند بسیار مفید باشند.واژه‌های کلیدی: نظام‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی؛ نظام‌های مدیریت اطلاعات؛ برنامه‌ریزی بیمارستان

Enterprise Resource Planning and Transformation in Hospital Management

چکیده English

Introduction: Hospitals require a central monitoring and improve planning process in order to enhance patient care quality. Regarding the current developments in health care systems, the question is which information system can support transformation of hospitals.
This review article focuses on the capacity of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for the transformation of hospitals.
Methods: First, the development of information systems, the history and concept of ERP was described. Then the effectiveness and potentials of ERP and the challenges of its application in hospitals were discussed.
Conclusion: We suggest that hospital processes should be divided into two parts; definitive and tentative processes. ERP systems are beneficial in definitive processes.
