چکیده

مقدمه: کاربران سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی کسانی هستند که در تمام ساعات کار روزانه‌ی خود از سیستم استفاده می‌کنند و نقاط ضعف و قوت سیستم را به خوبی لمس می‌نمایند. شناخت دیدگاه کاربران نسبت به کیفیت اطلاعات سیستم بسیار مهم بوده و در توسعه و تکامل سیستم بسیار مؤثر می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین دیدگاه کاربران نسبت به کیفیت اطلاعات سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی در بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام شد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بوده که به روش توصیفی انجام شد. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس استفاده شد و گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ای چهار قسمتی شامل ویژگی‌های کیفیت اطلاعات، علل پایین بودن کیفیت اطلاعات، در دسترس بودن اطلاعات و حمایت از تصمیم‌گیری انجام گرفت. پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه، تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و نرم‌افزار SPSS صورت گرفت. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که 7/47 درصد از کاربران نسبت به قابلیت سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی در کمک به تصمیم‌گیری ناراضی بودند. به طور کلی 2/53 درصد از کاربران نسبت به کیفیت اطلاعات سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی تا حدی رضایت داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به مشکلاتی از جمله نامناسب بودن کیفیت اطلاعات سیستم و عدم تطبیق آن با نیازهای کاربران بنابراین لازم است که سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی مورد بازنگری و تجدید نظر قرار گیرد. واژه‌های کلیدی: بیمارستان‌های آموزشی؛ نظام‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی؛ نظام‌های کامپیوتری؛ نظام‌های اطلاع‌رسانی

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Users of Hospital Information System know its problems better than others. Studying their views are very important and can be especially effective in the development of the information system. The aim of this study was to investigate the users' views towards the quality of Hospital Information System in the training hospitals of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. Methods: The current study was an applied research which was conducted with descriptive cross-sectional method. A four-section questionnaire was designed for data collection consisting of: characteristics of quality information, reasons of low quality of information, accessibility of information and decision support. Validity and reliability were tested and SPSS was used for data analysis. Results: The findings indicated that 62.8% of users explained that one of reasons of low quality information was a problem related to obtaining information. About 47.7% of users were unsatisfied with hospital information system ability for decision making support. In general 53.2% of users were slightly satisfied with the overall quality information of the system. Conclusion: According to the findings of this study there are some problems concerning information quality of Hospital Information System in Mashhad trainig hospitals. These problems include of inappropriate information quality of the system and incompatibility with user needs which leads to decreased satisfaction of users towards the system.
