چکیده

مقدمه: امروزه استقرار سامانه‌های (نظام‌های) اطلاعاتی، از جمله سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم‌گیری به عنوان پشتوانه‌ای برای تصمیم‌گیری مدیریت کلان سازمان، ضروری می‌باشد. مشارکت در بهبود نظام تصمیم‌گیری از طریق امکان‌سنجی استقرار سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم درحوزه‌ی معاونت امور درمان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی، هدف اصلی این مطالعه بوده است. روش بررسی: نوع پژوهش توصیفی - مقطعی بود. جامعه‌ی پژوهش شامل کارکنان حوزه‌ی معاونت امور درمان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل یک پرسش‌نامه ویک چک لیست بود. پرسش‌نامه پس از کسب اعتبار علمی، بین 27 نفر از مدیران و معاونین حوزه‌ی مورد مطالعه توزیع و 24 پرسش‌نامه جمع‌آوری شد. چک لیست نیز در کلیه‌ی واحدهای محیط پژوهش از طریق مشاهده توسط پژوهشگر تکمیل گردید. داده‌ها درنرم‌افزار Excel وارد و درمرحله‌ی بعد با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS در سطح آمار توصیفی تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین امتیازات امکان استقرار سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم در معاونت درمان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی از بعد عملیاتی 65/3 از 5، از بعد نیروی انسانی 1/3 از 5، از بعد اقتصادی 92/2 از 5 و از بعد فنی 37 از 42 به دست آمد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به وجود زیرساخت‌های لازم و نیز توان مالی سازمان در جهت استقرار سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم، در صورت برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی مربوط برای مدیران و کاربران معاونت درمان، مقاومت آنان نسبت به پذیرش موضوع کاهش و در نتیجه امکان استقرار سیستم افزایش خواهد یافت.واژه‌های کلیدی: تصمیم‌گیری؛ تصمیم‌گیری سازمانی؛ سازمان‌ها (بهداشتی ـ درمانی)؛ نظام‌های اطلاعاتی

Introduction: Decision making is a highly important task at the top of organizations hierarchy. So, it is essential to implement an information system such as decision making support. The main goal of the present study was to evaluate the feasibility of decision support system (DSS) implementation in health deputy of Iranian social security organization (ISSO). Methods: In this cross sectional study, the main instrument for data gathering was a questionnaire with 35 questions which evaluates the feasibility of DSS implementation from operational administrative, human resource and economic dimensions. A check list was also used which consists of 42 questions. The questionnaires were distributed within 27 managers and staffs in health deputy of social security organization and 24 were gathered. The data was analyzed using the SPSS software. Results: The feasibility of DSS implementation from operational administrative aspect takes the mean score 3.65 over 5, from a human resource perspective takes the score 3.10 over 5 and from an economic dimension takes the score 2.92 out of 5. The feasibility of DSS implementation from technical perspective takes the general score 37 over 42.   Conclusion: Considering to current software and hardwires and also enough financial resources for implementation of Decision Support System, it is recommended that training courses about concepts and applications of DSS should be introduced to decrease users resistance and increase management support.
