چکیده
مقدمه: مقررات و قوانین در حوزهی اخلاق بیماران حایز اهمیت است، اما این مجموعه قوانین تحت عنوان «منشور حقوق بیمار» در قوانین ایران به صورت منسجم و کاربردی وجود ندارد. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین میزان آگاهی بیماران بستری شده دربیمارستانهای آموزشی شهر اصفهان از منشور حقوق بیماران بود.روش بررسی: این بررسی به صورت توصیفی- مقطعی در سه ماههی چهارم سال 1385 در هشت بیمارستان آموزشی شهر اصفهان انجام شد و طی آن میزان آگاهی بیماران بستری شده در این بیمارستانها طی این مدت از مفاد منشور حقوق بیمار از طریق مصاحبه توسط پرسشگران و تکمیل چکلیستهای مربوطه سنجیده شد. چکلیستها از طریق مطالعهی کتابخانهای تدوین و روایی صوری و پایایی آن با استفاده از نظر کارشناسان مربوطه تأیید شد. برای این منظور نمونهی مورد نیاز که 385 بیمار بود، متناسب با تعداد تخت فعال و نیز متوسط اقامت بیماران طی سه ماههی چهارم سال 1385، تقسیم به نسبت شد و سهم هر بیمارستان مشخص گردید. پس از تکمیل چکلیستها، تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماریSPSS صورت گرفت.یافته‌ها: بیش از 50 درصد از بیماران آگاهی لازم از برخی مفاد منشور حقوق بیمار را نداشتند. این عدم آگاهی به ویژه در مورد حقوق مربوط به انتقال حین درمان بیمار به سایر مراکز درمانی (که نیاز به خدمات درمانی تخصصی دارند)، در مورد حق اجازه یا عدم اجازهی استفاده از اطلاعات پزشکی پروندهی خودشان برای امور مختلف، رازداری پزشک معالج و تیم و درمان و همچنین محرمانه بودن اطلاعات پزشکی و ضرورت حفظ اسرار بیمار توسط بیمارستان بود.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به دست آمده از تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات موجود در چک لیستهای تکمیل شده نشان داد که درصد قابل توجهی از بیماران آگاهی لازم از برخی از مفاد منشور حقوق بیمار را نداشتند و ضرورت دارد در این زمینه اطلاعرسانی لازم صورت پذیرد.واژه‌های کلیدی: آگاهی؛ بیماران؛ قوانین.

Introduction: Guidelines and rules are very important in patients' behaviors’ domain but this guidelines sets aren’t used practically and coherently in Iran`s rules as a title of patients' rights prism. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount of patients' awareness hospitalized in training hospitals of Isfahan city from patients' rights prism.Methods: This study has been done as a see trial descriptive way in forth three months of 2006 in 8 hospitals of training in Isfahan city and withing it the amount of hospitalized patients a wareness of these hospitals was measured by purport of patients rights prism through interviewing by questioner and completing related checklists. So, required sample which was 385 patients corresponded to active bad numbers and average of patient’s residence during fourth 3 months of 2006, divided to ratio and each hospitals shore was marked.Results: Gained results from analysis of available information in completed checklists showed that more than percent of necessary awareness of patients dou,t have purport of patients right prison and important to inform people in this area.Conclusion: Considerable percentage of patients didn’t have necessary awareness of patients, right prism. This unawareness especially about related right to transfer during cureness to another treatment centers need to professional treatment service or about giving right or permission or not for using of medicational information in their files for different affairs, keeping secret of physicians, treating team and confidential medication information and necessary of patients, secret in hospital.Keywords: Awareness; Patients; Legislation.
